Situated on the South of the Tejo River, 5 minutes away from the Fonte da Telha Beach this villa is ideal for large families and/ or group of friends. Capacity for 10 guests with the perfect conditions for anyone who is looking to spend time relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city life.
A total of 1300m2 this villa is equipped with a swimming pool with the option of being an indoor pool perfect for those mid night swims.
A cosy outdoor barbecue area with a kitchenette, snooker table and also a hydromassage bathtub.
This villa is sure to leave its mark on anyone who spends time here.

House Rules:
-The interior of the villa is a NO SMOKING zone, it is permitted to smoke in the open air spaces with ashtrays found in the exterior space of the villa.
-In the villa we encourage the use of recycling bins and also the common rubbish, there are big bins which are provided found at the back exterior part of the villa.
-The use of the swimming pool by minores, have to be supervised by adults, we do not hold any responsibility for any possible accidents.
-We ask guests to use and clean all the utensils so that we may be able to offer all the best conditions for all guests and future guests.
-The use of the bathrooms should be done responsibly, we ask guests to not flush tampons/pads/baby wipes and/or any other materials that can cause damage or blockage.
-Turn off any lights that are not being used.
-It is forbidden to have more guests than previously arranged in the booking, it is a infraction of our conditions and guests can be penalised and/or asked to leave the villa. If there os a change of plans we please ask guests to contact us and we can always arrange something.
-If guests brake these rules we hold the right to ask guests to leave and/or charge additional costs for damages whether they be material or not.

Tolles Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Gegend

Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in der nähe der Hauptstadt Lissabon (ca. halbe Stunde Fahrzeit). Großer Pool, großes Wohnzimmer mit Billiardtisch, 5 geräumige Schlafzimmer auf 3 saubere Bäder und eine große Küche plus eine Outdoorküche. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, kaum Verkehr oder lärmende Nachbarn. Der Strand ist ca 15min Fahrzeit entfernt, Restaurants und Einkaufsläden innerhalb der nächsten 5min. Falls man nicht mit dem eigenen Auto anreist, ist eine günstige und schnelle alternative ein Uber.
