Wonderful location, great VRBO. Loved the stackable washer and dryer, worked very well. The patio and balcony, and outside front porch were so nice, and weather was exceptional. VRBO is closeby, walking distance to all shops and restaurants, especially the Manitou Incline which my wife loves to climb. We visited the 7 Falls and had a fabulous meal in Colorado Springs at Marigold Bistro Try their Lobster Bisque, the best. Very quiet. Loved our stay. Kitchen was equipped with many amenities. Plenty of soap for dishwasher and washer.

Tim & Kris are wonderful hosts. I had some questions before we arrived and their responses were prompt and thoughtful. They even left a bottle of wine for us and offered to let us check out a little bit late because they didn't have anyone coming in to their property after us. The bed was super comfortable and that's usually a challenge for me. The sparkly lights in the canopy were a nice touch. :) The unit was very spacious and with a balcony overseeing the park you didn't feel closed in. The location is perfect for wandering around downtown and seeing all the touristy sites. Really nice folks and a really nice stay.

Carriage House is an elegant and charming property near the center of Manitou Springs with a good selection of restaurants nearby. It is extremely quiet. It is well appointed and includes a washer/dryer. The hosts were lovely and quickly attentive to our questions. Super clean! This property checks all the boxes! Highly recommend!

This property was beautiful and exceptionally clean and maintained. My husband and I spent one night in order to be able to get up early to do the Incline the following morning. We loved how easy it was to walk into town for restaurants and to catch the bus to the Incline. Would definitely stay again! I did need to contact the host, Kris, and she was very easy to get a hold of and very kind. :)
