Upper Imeraval cottage Pa427al ( name on gate )
This quirky , cosy former crofter’s cottage with pet safe hedged garden is located in a wonderful rural spot in Imeraval area of Port Ellen.
Not your typical modern , functional holiday let !
Short distance up the hill from the New Port Ellen distillery
Turn right after Dail Na Mara houses on right .
The cosy living areas and excellent semi rural location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This refurbished former crofter’s cottage retains authentic traditional character but also includes modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.

Unconventional layout !!!
Jack and Jill style layout.
Toilet and shower cubicle in centre of cottage with access from both wings .
Two extra twins in extension best suited for families , as one only has access to the toilet , kitchen and living area via the other twin.
This property has a coal fire and electric heating to keep you cosy and warm during your stay.
Staying here also allows you access to the open garden.
Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!
As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a , and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and has a television.
This cottage has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
NB
There is only one shower and toilet , ( may be inconvenient for larger groups) which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower cubicle .
Set in the middle of the cottage with access from both wings .
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking in the large lay-by on road outside
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are allowed at the property.
Please put any waste glass in bin bag for cleaner to recycle
