I am excited to offer you this beautifully decorated ground floor studio with kitchenette situated moments away from the heart of Brighton.
Spacious and modern, with big windows and lots of air, it is a great choice for families or those on business trips. It is located just a 10 minute walk city centre with all shop and restaurants, it also provides you with excellent travel links across the town. Everything fine apart from the parking
It lists parking in the listing but you have to book before you are told parking is extra. It’s a good deal but should be advised before booking. They also only have 2 spaces so we missed our chance. The place is brilliant but could do with a fan. It’s in a lovely spot, very near the pier and lots on the doorstep. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Book the parking - it’s worth it!

Nothing like the pictures!
Accommodation did not resemble pictures. Very run down, no covering on the back door so awake early, door handle hanging off and taped up wires hanging out the ceiling. Noisy neighbours talking on the landing at all hours of the night. Plus side it’s very near the seafront and the bedding was clean.

Affordable room
Great little room for 3 people who are looking to explore Brighton and just need somewhere to sleep. Location was great, in walking distance from everything, but there was no parking near the property so drivers be careful.
