Lovely place in quiet area

This place was very nice, in a quiet area, private, and close to everything. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed a few days after our cruise to relax a couple days, communication with property owner was excellent. Smooth check in & out. I would definitely recommend. Thank you for sharing your property.

Perfect

Having grownup in a nearby neighborhood & familiar with the area Marcela’s property was exactly what I wanted. She is friendly, greeting us upon our arrival. Communication was easy. Property is only a 1/2 mile walk to beach and centrally located to shopping, dining and entertainment. I highly recommend her property.

Family spring break.

My wife and I brought our 18 yo daughter and her two friends to Fort Lauderdale for spring break. This guest apartment met our needs perfectly. It has a great kitchen for meal prep, plenty of space for all of us, and is located in a very nice neighborhood. We met the host as soon as we arrived, and she was so pleasant. Fortunately, we didn’t have to bother her much because everything was perfect. We walked to the beach every day (about 10 minutes), and had very easy access to shopping, groceries, and amazing restaurants. I couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Sunrise Intracoastal is very quiet gated village on its own in the city. You can walk to the Beach, shopping, restaurants, cafes, parks, theatres or just take a walk in our village and enjoy beautiful gardens with exotic plants,flowers,trees, birds or butterflies.

What makes this property unique

Florida is Sunshine state and when winter comes all northern states are under snow, everyone could use that beautiful weather which we are blessed to have here.
