The first floor is complete with a shower room, whilst the ground floor boasts a wet room featuring a bath. There is also a kitchen/dining room and a utility room, as well as a sitting room with a gas fire. Outside there is an enclosed back garden with a decking featuring outdoor seating and a lawned area, along with an enclosed front garden with off-road parking for five cars.
