Modern penthouse with a magnificent terrace of 70 sqm with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and Nerja. The terrace has lots of different seats and nice plants. This is the place you will spend the days. This modern and luxury 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms is fully equipped. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two separate beds. There is also a loft with a sofabed (120 cm bed) The fully equipped kitchen is open plan with the livingroom.

Lovely family vacation

Are stay at Torrox Costa was lovely. The communication and checking in went smoothly and the apartment is super lovely, specially the nice view, big pool and all comfy furniture as dinner table, launch and sun-bed. The location is good and the kids love to visit the caves in Nerja. The apartment have all you need and it feels homie. Warmly recommend this place.

Not clean, expected a lot better of a place for what we paid

Beds not made. Missing pillow cases. Missing linen. Black hair in shower drain. Random items from previous guests found in each room. Filthy balcony. Toilets were not clean. Only two full sized towels for the entire place, we stayed 10 days. No sun beds at all at the pool and no chairs to take down to the pool. Property owner did say he would refund $200, when that happens I will update my review.

tolles Penthouse mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Bei der Einrichtung fehlte es an nichts. Wir haben uns dort mit unserer Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder.

Lovely apartment in need of a clean

Really lovely apartment with great views from the spacious and well equipped terrace . Kitchen had everything we needed ( though no microwave) and beds were nice and comfy . Only complaint was everything was a bit grubby . Plates , cups , cutlery etc. . all had food residue on them , dishwasher had broken glass and brown sludge in the bottom of it .. Coffee pod machine had old pods in it and more brown sludge had collected in the waste tray . And the drawers in the kitchen were full of empty boxes that just needed throwing out , also some out of date food in cupboards . The smell coming from the Bbq was awful so we didn’t even lift the lid It didn’t ruin our holiday and we would definitely return, It just needs a good going over by some decent cleaners

Lovely apartment with fantastic view and hosts

Everything was exactly as described. Very nice, well equipped 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment with lovely terrace, parking place and fantastic see view. I bet you will enjoy your stay, appreciate local attractions and be happy with perfect contact with the hosts and local operator.

Fantastisk utsikt!

Vi trivdes väldigt bra i lägenheten och tillbringade mycket tid på den fantastiska altanen! Den är precis så fin som bilderna visar och allt motsvarade förväntningarna. Det var ett tyst och lugnt område. Enda felet var att vi bara hade bokat tre nätter, vi hade gärna stannat längre!

Why they chose this property

Terraces:
The apartment has a unique terrace which facing from east to southwest. Nicley furnished with dining table for 6, BBQ, 3 sofas, and 2 sunbeds. The terrace is the best place to be, looking at ocean, surround by nice plants.

Inside:
The living room is verry nice with high cellings and extra windows, which gives a pleasant light. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, armchair, dining table and chairs. There is also a loft where we have a sofa bed (120 cm) and a flat screen satellite TV with hundreds of different channels in all languages, free Wi-Fi and integrated air-condition. The whole apartment is modern and well equipped.

Parking:
There is a private parking space in the basement. Access from the parking to the apartment by elevator directly to the front door of the apartment.

Community area:
Calaceite is a beautifully maintained urbanisation built in 2009 with very well maintained communal gardens and two swimmingpools areas which include sundbeds and parasols. It is 3 km to Torrox Costa 5 km to Nerja and only a 45 min drive from Malaga airport.
