There are 2 additional bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and one with twin beds, both served by a family bathroom with impressive freestanding bath. The stylish, open plan living area features a well-equipped kitchen, which serves as the perfect social space for enjoying a meal with family or even a champagne afternoon tea (bookable and delivered by the owner, who runs a nearby tea room). This space leads through to the primary living area with roaring wood burner, creating a cosy place to sip a glass of wine whilst watching a classic film. Bi-folding doors bring the outside in, making this a light and airy space.
Overlooking the fields beyond, the raised decked terrace wraps around the barn, with steps taking you down to the patio with dining area, barbecue and a luxurious swim spa with hot tub section (for use between 8am-9pm), where you can unwind after a day of exploring. Please also be mindful of neighbours and limit noise levels after 10pm. Bath robes are also provided, so you can wrap up warm after stepping out of the swim spa and recline with a glass of something fizzy. The historic cobbled streets of Canterbury are within a 20-minute drive, and the picturesque Kent coast is just a 15-minute drive away, with interesting Sandwich and beautiful Pegwell Bay certainly a must.
