Located just a few minutes' walk from Llevant Beach and surrounded by restaurants, shops and activities, this complex offers an excellent location to make the most of the Costa Dorada. One of its great attractions is the pleasant communal area located on the roof, with 2 seasonal outdoor pools, solarium area and hammocks where you can relax whilst enjoying beautiful sea views and the Mediterranean atmosphere of Salou.

- Living-dining room with sofa bed.
- Independent kitchen with serving hatch to the living room and fully equipped, including dishwasher.

- Second complete bathroom with bathtub.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Group bookings are not accepted.
- Optional parking space with supplement, upon request and subject to availability.
- Air conditioning in the lounge and hallway distributing the rooms.
- Outdoor swimming pool on the roof available during the summer season.
- WIFI included throughout the stay.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection is carried out at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

This complex is an excellent option for families or friends travelling together, as we have several apartments in the same building. PortAventura World and Ferrari Land are located just a few minutes' drive away.
The area combines a holiday atmosphere and comfort, allowing you to enjoy Salou without needing to use the car for most of your stay.

Très bel appartement et résidence
Idéalement placé, balcon très spacieux permettant de dîner dehors, les deux piscines sont parfaites et finalement même en plein mois d'août pas surfréquentees.
Résidence très bien tenue, tous les commerces et plage à pied.

Ons appartement troffen we stoffig aan en er lag een kauwgom geplakt op de grond bij aanvang. Het koffiezetapparaat en de TV werkten niet vanaf dag 1. We hadden ook geen vuilbak gekregen . Een afgeleefd appartement! Een schuifdeur van de kleerkast ging niet open. De schuiven van de kastjes gingen niet toe en de knoppen hingen los. De schabben van kleerkasten hingen los. Rot hout in de badkamer alsook in de keuken! Daardoor kon je een keukenkast niet dichtdoen. De boorden van het bad waren zwartgeblakerd door gebrek aan onderhoud. Vies gewoon! De onderkant van de salontafel was vies en beschadigd. De deur van de badkamer was zwaar beschadigd. De kussens waren veel te dun. Bepaalde stukken muur waren heel duidelijk vuil en niet proper gemaakt! Het appartement moet een grondige renovatie krijgen. Het was zen geld niet waard!
Er was tot s'avonds laat enorm veel lawaai vanuit het park. S' nachts was er enorm veel nachtlawaai van de mensen die op straat riepen tot s'morgensvroeg. Er is wel kuisploeg gekomen voor het stof en de kauwgon weg te halen. Ik kreeg een afvalemmer mee en de koffiezet werd vervangen maar de rest werd niet verholpen! Geen aanrader! We zijn een dag eerder naar huis vertrokken omdat dit geen leuk verblijf was!

We zijn blij dat we enkele problemen, zoals de koffiemachine en schoonmaak, konden verhelpen, maar betreuren dat de rest van je ervaring niet naar wens was. We werken eraan om de nodige verbeteringen door te voeren. Bedankt dat je de tijd hebt genomen om dit met ons te delen.

L'emplacement de l'appartement, la piscine, la propreté de l'immeuble., appareils électroménagers fonctionnement très bien.
La propreté du logement, les pigeons qui viennent faire leur nid sur la terrasse, quelques rénovations seraient les bienvenues (salles de bain et cuisine)

Très bel appartement dans une résidence bien tenue
La résidence est bien placée et est très bien entretenue. La prestation est de qualité.
les matelas des lits de la chambre 2 (2 lits de 90) sont mous et probablement bons à changer.
La porte de la cuisine nécessite d'être fermée pour ouvrir la porte du réfrigérateur. Lors ce qu'elle est ouverte, on ne peut pas accéder au réfrigérateur. Il faudrait tout simplement l'enlever. Si le propriétaire souhaite vraiment donner un coup de jeune à cette cuisine, il faudrait carrément l'ouvrir et en faire une cuisine ouverte sur l'appartement.
