We first spoke to Julien from Homebooker as soon as we booked the apartment. He was very responsive and professional. We then were talking to Clara and Hatime by text, also from Home booker they were both really lovely as well. They answered any questions by text we had very quickly. All of them are an absolute credit to your company.The apartment itself is at the top of the building. It had everything we needed for a group of ten people (two grandparents, four parents and four children). Everything was clean and tidy and beautiful. The apartment is very tasteful. It is about a ten minute walk up the road to get the free shuttle bus to the start of a telecabin for skiing. It is also about a fifteen minute walk to the centre of beautiful Megève.We had such a lovely holiday in this stunning apartment. Homebooker saw to that. Thankyou so much to everyone involved x
