Nice Apartment

The apartment was very nice. Clean and accurate as described. The only downside is that it is on a busy street so it was a bit noisy with the windows open or closed. Easy to walk to the center with many great restaurants as well as walkable to the ferry and train station.

Great place lovely and clean just hardwork finding keys as they are at the apartment front door 3rd floor up and you need to go through a locked gate and locked foyer to get to apartment front door apart from front door shower not the best but basically a very good place lovely and clean apart

First, the positive; the apartment was clean and roomy for two people. The communications on how to enter the room with codes etc. were on time and helpful. The negative; the bathroom shower was very very small and had a shower curtain that does not hold the water from wetting the entire bathroom, it was awful taking a shower! We stayed for 15 nights and they only left us 4 small toilet paper rolls and the hair dryer did not work anywhere except in the kitchen, which was not the best place to dry your hair and without a mirror! We communicated with Mariella about this situation and she told us she would bring us more toilet paper and a hairdryer that would work in the bathroom but of course that never happened ! Also the furniture was a little flimsy and when we opened one of the drawers to put our clothes inside, it fell off and on my foot ! Luckily the damage was not major. They told us there was a safe in the apartment but it was nowhere to be found. The apartment has possibilities but it needs more amenities and tender loving care. There is no AC and when you open the window it can be very noisy at night because of street traffic. The neighborhood is not bad but you have to walk at least 6 long blocks to the train station and about 6 long blocks in a different direction to walk to the lakefront.

Durchwachsener Aufenthalt

Die Lage der Fewo-Unterkunft in Arona war sehr gut, und die Wohnung war sauber, was uns positiv aufgefallen ist. Leider war die Einrichtung langweilig und nicht besonders ansprechend. Zudem störten uns kleinere Mängel wie die lose Halterung des Duschvorhangs und das lockere Parkett im Schlafzimmer. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass das Wasser aus dem Wasserkocher braun war. Darüber hinaus war es durch den Straßenlärm sehr laut, und die Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür waren nicht zuverlässig. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in der Fewo-Unterkunft eher durchwachsen.

Toller Urlaub am Lago Maggiore !!

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit Balkon. Zentrale Lage (manchmal etwas laut von der Straße herauf) Relativ modern eingerichtet, mit Fahrstuhl( hilfreich, da die Wohnung sich im 3. Stockwerk befindet. Arona ist eine sehenswerte Stadt direkt am See. Sehr lebendig mit traumhafter Umgebung. Eine Reise lohnt sich!!!

Gut gelegenes und sauberes Appartment in fußläufiger Entfernung zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber,der jederzeit ansprechbar war.

Aufenthalt Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ansich war nicht schlecht. Es stand nicht in der Anzeige das sich die Wohnung an einer Hauptstraße befindet. Dem entsprechend war es sehr laut und man hat die Abgase eingeatmet. Nachts konnten wir nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen und das ist im Sommer einfach zu warm. Zum Glück war ein Ventilator vorhanden. In der Wohnung müssten mal ein paar Sachen repariert werden z.B.die Duschstange. Wir würden die Wohnung leider kein zweites Mal buchen auf Grund des Lärms. Sorry.

schöne Lage und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Lage fast direkt in der Stadt war wirklich schön und man konnte innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten den Badestrand erreichen. Die Wohnung war außerdem gut ausgestattet und da der Balkon relativ groß war konnte man auch draußen essen.

schöner Ausflug nach Arona

Flavio war ein freundlicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber, er stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Der Check-In war einfach. Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe, Strand und Restaurants waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Der aus der Küche begehbare, zur Straße gelegene Balkon wurde von uns gerne zum Essen an der frischen Luft genutzt.
