Casa da Praia, a Home in Madeira

Casa da Praia is an independent part of a small rural house and is ideal for families and groups up to four people.

The accommodation is 80 m2 and comprises two bedrooms with air conditioning, one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom, a terrace and a parking place. The terrace is sunny, spacious and has a view to the ocean and agricultural land around.

It is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.



LOCATION

The property is near the village of Ribeira Brava, where there is a beach and many restaurants and cafes.

Ribeira Brava is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.

A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.

Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.

The property has easy access to the major roads.



REMARKS

Guests have access to the upper floor of the house and the terrace. However, the entrance is shared and the ground floor is not included in the accommodation.

Cleaning is carried out before guests arrive, followed by a weekly maintenance clean, which includes changing bed linen and towels.

The accommodation is situated in a residential area in a rural setting, but there is potential for noise from motorbikes and cars on a nearby road and from dogs barking in the neighbourhood.

There are construction works in the neighbourhood which may cause noise during the day.

There are also insects in the vicinity which may be attracted by food scraps.

An increase in the number of guests entails a price increase of up to 10% per person.



CONDITIONS

1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.

4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.

5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
