Just 20 minutes from Palma and the airport, and 15–20 minutes from the beautiful northern beaches such as Puerto Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicenç, Puerto de Alcudia, and Playa de Muro, it perfectly combines tranquility with excellent accessibility.

From the moment you enter, the villa impresses. The ground floor is organized around a majestic centennial olive tree surrounded by glass — the true heart of the house and a tribute to Mallorca’s rural heritage. Natural light floods the interiors through six huge floor-to-ceiling windows, including one pane over five meters wide, framing the landscape like a living painting.
