Everything was clean, comfortable, and well stocked for anything you might need while away from home. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of extra attention to detail, including lovely art on the walls. The host was kind and attentive. Everything was perfect, with the very best part being that amazing view!

Annual trip with my sister

My sister and I stay here every year in mid-May to honor our dad. Long Beach was his favorite place. We love this townhouse so much! It feels like our home away from home.

A wonderful property with a great location to town and beach. Privacy for multiple people. Lots of stairs to be expected with 3 levels. Awesome views. Beds are very comfortable. Check in was super easy. Kitchen was very easy for several people to prepare a meal. I wasn't smart enough to get the front burner to heat faster.
The twins and momma deer came to visit daily.

We had a great stay. The beach house is beautiful and the views are amazing. Every amenity was provided and we all felt right at home. The beds are comfortable. The appliances are top of the line. One of the advantages of staying here is that you are within walking distance of downtown Long Beach. The discovery trail is also a few feet away. We rented e-bikes and rode all the way to the north head lighthouse. Weston provided great communication and was quick to reply to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Great townhome!

This is a wonderful property, perfect location, well maintained! Would definitely recommend it. One thing worth mentioning is that there are a lot of stairs. Just got a bit of extra exercise!

Family get together

A short visit with family at an amazing beach front house. A short walk from the beach with bald eagle spottings. Also amazed to see deer everyday on the property. It was our first VRBO rental and has set the bar very high for future VRBO properties! Our 4 year old grandson found Legos and puzzles to enjoy! The kitchen was well stocked! We saw what appeared to be whales frolicking in the ocean nearby!! Great property, perfect location!!

Ladies relax and enjoy days!

Hose was beautiful and was well stocked, the view was spectacular and we savored every moment!! We did find the amount of stairs a bit difficult as 3 of the 5 of us are retirement age so wouldn’t recommend if you have any physical impairment of any kind! Needs more parking, that was inconvenient to park a car so far away and Hope no one messed with it.

Why they chose this property

Having traveled for work, I was always looking for that "tranquility" where I could just relax and get away. After a family function at a restaurant in Long Beach, WA, I saw THE building - it was Boardwalk. Recently constructed, I found a unit for sale. This WAS home. I had the ability to purchase the builders' unit - THE UNIT on the North end. It is spectacular. I have never enjoyed a place more. it is located just to the west, or beach side of downtown. There is a path leading directly from the downstairs master (private entrance) to the beach. It is exactly what most people dream of when they think "a place at the beach." I had the opportunity to purchase another property that we are rehabbing AND with so many friends wanting to stay at the condo, we thought it would be a good opportunity to include it in the vacation rental

What makes this property unique

Location. Location. Location. The location of this unit is prime! Long Beach has ocean view and front properties but not with this kind of view. You are nestled in a small complex with only 4 units, yet a quick walk to downtown, the boardwalk or beach. Besides being beautifully furnished inside, it really is the location and view that you will fall in love with.
