It is located in the Zona residenziale of the Puerto de Alcudia in front of the lake Es Llac Gran, 400 m away there are different restaurants and bars, 430 m away from the supermarket Erosky Av. Tucan, 650 m from the bus station, 900 m from the water park Hidropark Alcudia, 900 m from the sandy beach Playa de Alcudia, 7 km from the natural park Parc Natural de S'Albufera, 8 km from the beach of Roca Alcanada, 8 km from the golf course, Club de Golf Alcanada, 55 km from the airport of Plama de Mallorca and is located in an ideal area for children and in the residential complex.

It has a garden, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, heating, heat pump, air conditioning in all the accommodation, private swimming pool, open air parking in the same building, 1 TV, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German).

What can I say about this awesome property. It’s location is perfect if you have quite a young family staying with you. No more than a 5 or 10 minute walk to the heart of Alcudia. Restaurants and shops are on the doorstep. There are also play areas for young children to keep them entertained. There is a Liddle no more than 15 minutes walk away and the Beach is a similar distance. The property itself is set out on 2 floors. It has a decent sized pool with shallow are for nine swimmers. It sleeps 8 comfortably and there are enough toilets and bathrooms to accommodate even a full occupancy. The bedrooms are adequately furnished in pine wood. The mattresses and pillows very comfortable. The grounds of the villa are pristine and well maintained. In short, this is a villa I would be happy to own! Booking was easy and the cost well worth it when taking everything in to consideration. We will be going again!
