This modern rental in a period building comes with all the amenities you'll require such as a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and laptop-friendly workspace.
Vauxhall tube station - 6mins away
The Black Dog pub (which is referenced in Taylor Swift's song) is located under the flat!
Closer to home, the flat is near to a traditional tea-room and also located above a great pub with an excellent restaurant and a wide selection of drinks and ales. As a result there may be some noise in the vicinity, but we have installed soundproofing in the floor to reduce any disturbance.
If you want to go out, the flat is within walking distance of local restaurants, shops, and with Vauxhall Station only 6 minutes walk away you have multiple transport options available. Additionally there is a Santander Cycles stand within 100 metres.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to submit a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
No noise policy in-place between 9PM to 7AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.
