Here there is a spacious fully open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area with full length glazing to maximise the available stunning views from within. The living space is furnished to a high standard with two sofas, chair and coffee table, as well as a flat-screen TV with access to English channels. The kitchen is fully integrated and has all modern appliances such as cooker, microwave, gas hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A small utility room on this level houses the washing machine.

There is a large dining table to seat 8 guests positioned adjacent to the the kitchen area .

First floor:

Three of the four bedrooms are located on this floor.
The master bedroom is located on this floor. This has a walk-in dressing room and a spacious en-suite bathroom, with double wash hand basins and showers. This generously-sized bedroom has it’s own private balcony with two chairs and a table tor guests to sit and soak in the stunning views.

The additional two bedrooms comprise of one twin and one double. These both has en-suite bathrooms and have access to a shared balcony.with the same superlative sea views.
A double bedroom is located on this floor.

Second Floor:

This floor is home to the fourth bedroom, which is a spacious double with en-suite bathroom. The roof terrace , with its two sunbeds is accessed ffrom here by sliding doors, and provides a peaceful private location for a spot of sunbathing.

Outside the villa:

The villa has a genourous sized infinity pool, some 14 x 4.5 metres in dimensions , depth 1.6 metres, with a shallow area to allow for in pool sun loungers. There are eight sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture with coffee table as well as an al-fresco dining area to seat eight guests. There is also a small garden area to the side of the villa and a portable BBQ. Table tennis is also provided.
