This spacious villa is located in the Akbel district of Kalkan, has seven bedrooms, and a capacity of 14 guests. Comprising of two dwellings, the property has two seperate entrances, 2 lounges and 2 kitchens, both have access to the pool area. Consequently this is an ideal property for large groups wishing a degree of independence from each other. There are magnificent views across Kalkan Bay which guests may enjoy from each floor of the villa, on either the roof terrace, balconies or pool terrace. Total privacy around the pool is achieved by fencing on either side, and if desired a curtain system can be employed at the front of the pool. It is a 1 km walk downhill to the centre of the town but walking back may be arduous due to the hilly nature of Kalkan. Local buses do pass nearby the villa, making it possible to get into town quite easily. There is a local market that is held nearby on sundays, and a local grocers shop some 400 metres away where guests may purchase their daily essentials.

On the pool level the accommodation comprises of a large kitchen and lounge area which opens directly onto the pool terrace, two double and one twin bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and direct acccess to the pool terrace, whilst the other two bedrooms on this floor share a communal bathroom.

The upper two floors have a seperate entrance and the accomodation there comprises of one double and one twin bedroom on each floor, each of which has access either to a balcony or roof terrace. The double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the twin bedrooms share communal bathrooms.

The infinity pool is 8 x 5 metres and 1.5 metres in depth. There is a large dining table , sunbeds, parasols, seating groups , all to help guests maximize their enjoyment of their stay.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
