New and modern chalet with fenced yard and wifi

The cabin of the two banks located in the heart of the Vosges, Gerardmer, popular tourist city for its natural setting sports or resting. The winter ski resorts and summer for its lakes and hikes. Located 1.5 km from the shopping center and 3 km from the city center, we offer you a stay in a quiet and peaceful setting. Close to the river and marked trails is a place for lovers of fishing and nature. This is a modern chalet on the ground floor has an open kitchen-dining room- living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and upstairs a 3rd spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a reading lounge on the mezzanine. The cottage is furnished and equipped with a washing machine, dryer, storage in each room and the entrance.

Recently installed an air of communal games in the next over to the cottage will delight your children.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Chalet. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, wir konnten viele tolle Wanderwege entdecken. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Im Garten wären zwei Liegen ganz schön.

Alles gut! Das Haus ist zum empfehlen.

Ich habe bekommen was ich gebucht habe: ein gut ausgestattetes, sauberes und verkehrstechnisch günstig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Es war genauso wie beschrieben. Die Lage vor den Toren der Stadt ist eine Geschmackssache. Ich war dort um zu Laufen und Rad zu fahren (Training + etwas Sightseeing), dementsprechend war die Lage für mich gut. Insbesondere Bad, Waschmaschine und Trocker waren hilfreich. Bei 7 bis 13 Grad auch die Fußbodenheizung. Die Abrechnung von Strom und Wasser waren 1:1 die Kosten des Energieversorgers. Das ist fair! Der Kontakt zur Nachbarin und zum Eigentümer waren sehr nett und trotz Sprachbarriere von Lächeln und Verständis geprägt. Ich kann das Haus bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Net huis, we konden met ons 2 volledig op het gelijkvloers verblijven. Goed afgezette kleine tuin met ruim terras. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Enkele kleine aanpassingen nodig: zo kon de badkamerdeur niet helemaal dicht door de wasmachine, maar voor ons was dit geen probleem.
