MILENA Studiois a 3star Studio.It is located in 15minutes walking distance from town centerand in 10minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 30m2 and balcony is3m2. It is located on floor: 1. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 person
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 5€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

L’appartamento era piccolo ma con tutto il necessario. L’unica cosa è che abbiamo prenotato per due adulti e due bambini ma i posti per dormire erano 3. Abbiamo fatto la prenotazione tramite Booking per cui penso sia riconducibile a quest’ultimo.

Peccato sia finita la vacanza

Il soggiorno è stato più che discreto. Appartamento in linea con le aspettative e in un'ottima posizione con circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e circa 20 dal centro di Rovigno. Vicino si trova anche piu di un Supermercato. Gli ospiti sono stati gentilissimi. Noi abbiamo passato una fantastica vacanza.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto bello, comodo come posizione.. 15 min a piedi dalla pineta,20 min a piedi dal centro. Noi con una bambina di 4 mesi ci siamo trovati da Dio,bellissimo giardino, signori molto cordiali e sorridenti. L’appartamento era pulito, comodo munito di tutto, abbiamo dovuto solo farci una piccola spesa per la settimana.

Brilliant service!

Close enough to walk into town or to the local park and beach. We had some wet weather so nowhere really to sit. Kitchen needs an oven or microwave to heat any food up. Good to sleep, but get out and about.

I hesitate to mention the negatives, as I feel that the place is priced accordingly.

Friendly hosts and husband spoke excellent English. Free parking. Close enough to be able to walk to old town. Very comfortable bed. Needs a thorough cleaning. Kitchen poorly equipped, with the typical older rental mix of flatware, dishes and cooking utensils.
