Modern and spacious two-storey terraced house for up to six guests, located in a residence with shared outdoor pools. The house features a balcony and a private garden. It is composed of an open plan kitchen, a dining/living room with a trundle bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom with a shower box. Equipped with one uncovered parking space, and a washing machine. Beach distance: 420mt. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance
