Lo Sguardo Sul Mare – Amalfi Coast Rental Villas Location:

Located in Amalfi Coast, the wonderful panoramic position of Ravello is one of the main attractions of the famous and renowned city.

This spectacular landscape serves as an impressive frame for the magnificent Villa Lo Sguardo sul Mare.

In fact the villa lies among the surrounding hills and dominates the valley welcoming Minori town.

You can reach the villa by car from the main road; its main gate gives access to the Villa.

Lo Sguardo Sul Mare – Amalfi Coast Rental Villas Description:
From the gate you take a short route that slopes downwards leading directly to the Villa entrance.

Villa Lo Sguardo sul Mare consists of several outdoor parking places and also a garage.

The villa rises on a surface of 10.000 square meters and has several outdoor spaces distributed in terraces, terrace garden, an external games area for children and also a swimming pool with an annexed solarium space.

On the lower terrace of the property is located the swimming pool (18 meters x 6 meters x 270 meters of depth) provided with a solarium area; in addition external shower and service bathroom.

The wonderfully equipped patio (about 25 square meters), is complemented by a terrace (about 16 square meters) directly overlooking the pool.

The entrance of the villa is distributed on two levels + a dependance.

Ground Floor:
The ground floor of the villa opens itself on to a large living room with an annexed dining room, furnished with fireplace and three comfortable sofas.

The living room is illuminated by two balconies opening on to the external patio.

The fully equipped kitchen has a window/door opening on a lateral terrace (about 50 sqm) equipped with the facility for lunching outdoors.

In fact the terrace also hosts a wood oven and a brickwork bench.

The ground floor also has 2 bathrooms one with shower and the other one with laundry service.

First Floor:
The upper floor of Villa Lo Sguardo sul Mare hosts the sleeping area.

It has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub).

Three bedrooms are provided with balconies opening on to the wonderful and very panoramic terrace of about 50 sqm.

From where one is able to look out at the wondrous almost magical fusion between the colours of the azure sky and the blue sea.

The upper floor of the Villa leads to a bright annex that is accessible both from the first floor of the villa and also from an independent and external access.

A small equipped terrace leads to the annex composed of 1 double bedroom illuminated by a large panoramic window, and 1 shower bathroom en suite.

Each room is provided with an air conditioning system.

Villa Lo Sguardo sul Mare boasts a very unique position; thanks to the unrivalled beautiful views it affords the peacefulness and the pleasantness of this villa.

This is combined with the central position of the villa situated at around 600 meters from the centre of Ravello and the services of the famous coast city.

An absolutely magical 8 days on the Amalfi Coast. This property is more beautiful than the pictures, which rarely happens! The caretakers were amazingly friendly and helpful and prepared two meals for us - which were some of the best food we had during a two week stay in Italy. I would return here over and over again. The whole thing to note that it is a steep walk from the house to the road and stairs or hills on the walk from the road into the heart of Ravello - so if traveling with really young children (still in strollers) or any adults with mobility issues, keep that in mind. Rodrigo was more than willing to drive us into town if needed - although we were all enjoyed walking!

The team managing the villa were excellent and very responsive. There was a couple on-site that took care of your needs and provided light cleaning services each day but they were basically out of sight and never in the way. The villa had amazing views and was a short walk to town. It was end of season and getting cooler so the pool could have used a heater to make it useable.

Wedding weekend

This is an incredible property and worked very well for our needs. We were in Ravello for our daughter’s wedding and wanted a place for all our children and their spouses to stay as well as a gathering place for family and friends throughout the weekend. Michael and Rodica were wonderful and very helpful with driving, ironing and preparing and serving a fantastic meal for 12. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Ravello Relaxation

Our check in was smooth and we were met by the property managers to go over everything. Michael and Ro were great hosts. Ro is a fantastic cook and made dinner for us a couple nights. Michael was available to take us to the market or anywhere else we needed to go. The pool was cool and refreshing. The kids loved the slide. If I could do it over I'd spend twice as long in Ravello next time!

Beautiful Home with Stunning Views

Wonderful indoor/outdoor spaces for our group of nine. The house has beautiful details from the floor tiles to the artwork throughout every room. The views are spectacular and change with the weather patterns. Best of all were Rodica and Michael, the caretakers who were unobtrusive yet available for everything from driving us into nearby towns to preparing 5-star meals. A perfect place to enjoy the Amalfi coast without being in the tourist mob. It was a memorable and special experience.

Michael was great but don’t fall for the, ill charge you later for transportation thing with him. Be upfront, we were shocked at what he charged at end of the trip. Also while locations views are amazing, without transportation it’s tough to get to center of town. No taxi comes there so you’re stuck with Michael who resides onsite with his wife. Didn’t really us the privacy we wanted but having him drive us was helpful.

Pure Perfection

Four couples stayed at this outstanding villa in October ‘22. It is one of the most spectacular properties we have ever visited. It is even more beautiful than the online photos. The caretakers Rodica and Miecae are fabulous. Ro is the best cook ever! Miecae drove us to Amalfi, saving us from having to drive ourselves on those difficult roads. Perfect property, wonderful caretakers and a magical trip. Ravello is a beautiful and peaceful town with the best views on the coast.
