We offer you this fabulous 3 bedroom villa situated on a unique private development with a private pool and amazing sea views! The villa has been furnished to a high standard, including fashionable furnishings and a modern décor.

As you enter the property it brings you straight into the lounge / dining area with a vaulted ceiling. The stylish lounge consists of 3 & 2 seater sofas with a 42 inch flat screen TV. Off the lounge is a dining area with tables and chairs for 6 and a chill out area with panoramic sea views and views of the rugged landscape. There is also patio doors leading onto the pool terrace.

The kitchen area contains everything you would need in a sophisticated home. Down the hallway you will find all bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also a fully tiled family bathroom with a sunken bath and shower attachment. Also in the accommodation is 1 heater for winter time if needed.

The exterior of the property includes it’s own huge private terrace which holds a private pool, set in Canarian type gardens fitted with artificial grass. There is also outdoor dining, sun loungers for sunbathing and a built in bbq with sink. The terrace boasts an elevated position with stunning sea views all the way down to the coast.

This villa is positioned in a secure private development with a gated entrance. The location is set within an oasis of palm trees and tropical plants that run through the development, combined with picturesque views. This is the alternative side of Tenerife, sheer peacefulness and the only noise you hear is an opera of birdsong tumbling through the air. The Siam Park, Aqualand and beaches at Costa Adeje are 5 km from the development.
