Beautiful views, villa living area is open and spacious. The pool is great and although only 10m is suitable for exercise swimming as well as general use, a big plus for us. The Siam Park and Mall are only minutes drive away which was great. Easy access into the town area and seafronts.

Gorgeous & huge villa with a lovely pool and view overlooking Costa Adeje! Check in process was very easy. Location is a bit tricky as taxis struggle to find - taxis required to get back up the hill, it is possible to walk 20-25 minutes down though. Lovely stay and we would 100% come back.

Excellent place to stay

The property was excellent, everything we hoped it would be as described. Only issue we had during our stay was using the oven, as it cut out the property electrical systems, which we were able to reset. Overall an excellent place to stay, would highly recommend.

Perfect!

I stayed with my partner and our three teenagers for 2 weeks. The villa is absolutely perfect with all the comforts, appliances and facilities you need. Clean, spacious and beautiful. The pool was also much bigger than expected. The views are nothing short of incredible. The hosts Lupe and Candelaria are fantastic, so helpful and friendly and made the check in/check out process very simple as well as ensuring we were happy during our stay. We would highly recommend and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Relaxing time at Sea la Vie

Beautiful villa in a quiet location. Went with my wife, our adult children and their partners for our 60th birthdays. Wanted a relaxing holiday to spend time with family and this villa was idea for that. Lovely large lounge and dining area and balcony with spectacular views over Adeje and Porto Colon. Wonderful to see the sun set over La Gomera every evening from the balcony. Villa idea for adults but the spiral staircase down to the pool area may not be suitable for small children. Location is right at the top of the town, which gave fantastic views but meant that the only way back from town was by taxi (or car) as it is up the top of a large hill. Overall we had a lovely, relaxing stay, but its locations may not be suitable if you want to be in the middle of the bustle of town.

Great Christmas break in Los christianos

Lovely villa with pool, great views. Poor check in due to a non English speaking host / poor directions whilst Lupe (owner and usual host) was travelling himself but if Lupe wasn't on holiday himself I'm sure it would have been smoother as he spoke english (I.e. one off occurance). Very private, villa has absolutely everything you'd need including a filter tap so your not buying water 24 7 - it's on tap 😁 up a big hill so spent a bit on return taxis, down is fine - up less so 🥵. balancer is the views/Privacy you get a bit higher up. Could do with a little maintainence as someone else has mentioned below but it didn't detract from what was a lovely stay.

Best view in Adeje

We all loved this villa. On the first day when we walked to the supermarket for supplies however, we realised having the best view of Adeje wasn't so good for walking back up the hill! Taxis were used a lot! Taxis much cheaper than Ubers, by the way! Our other discovery early on (advised by Lupe) was Glovo (local Uber Eats). We got food/shopping delivered free almost daily with the app. We did think the villa would benefit from air conditioning - not an issue during the day as there was a lovely breeze with doors open, but quite warm at night (fans were provided). We loved the pool, and the privacy around the pool area. Plenty of space and sunbeds for the 4 of us. There was nothing better than sitting on the balcony, either during the day watching the kestrels fly by, or in the evening watching the sun go down with a glass of wine, and looking at the moon shining down on the sea. Absolutely stunning view. Thank you Lupe!

Fabulous location

We came out as a family of 4 adults. Lupe was very helpful with any questions we had before we came out and was very kind to let us check out a little later. The villa was as described and in a fabulous location overlooking Costa Adeje, but just a short drive to the coast. As some have mentioned some items in the villa and decor may be a little dated, but you book this villa for the position and views - which are outstanding. The weather was quite cloudy whilst we were there, but the heated pool was perfect. There is plenty of space to sit on both terraces and the lower pool area is huge. This villa would be tricky for anyone with mobility issues as the only way to the pool is via the spiral staircase. However you could use the internal staircase to the 1st level and spiral staircase to the lower pool level. All the beds and pillows were comfortable and there was a plentiful supply of hot water. If we come back to Tenerife, we were certainly rebook.

10000% we’re be coming back to this villa. The communication with the Host was brilliant Lupe is really accommodating, we had booked for 2 weeks and extended it for 3 weeks The views from here are amazing couldn’t ask for better. It’s not the ideal place to stay if you have no intentions of hiring scooters ( we got a good deal at 16 Euros per day it worked out over 3 weeks) , it’s way too hot and high up to walk. Really good overseas shop (all English food) down the bottom of the hill near Aqualand. The pools a really decent size even at night it’s the perfect temperature to go in. As a family to be able to have bbqs on the terrace listen to music and play in the pool filled with inflatables without being moaned at like you would in a hotel, you couldn’t ask for more. Pool was cleaned while we was here and cleaners come in as we extended our stay, beds are comfy, showers work perfect (not dribbling water) if paying for a taxi it’s no more than 6/7Euro down to Torviscas & Puerto Colon & 9/10 Euro to Las Americas, we got a few in the evening or to bring back shopping so it’s not to pricy. Overall our stay here was perfect have nothing bad to say 😁

Great stay and location

We stayed for the first two weeks in November and had outstanding weather. Check in was straightforward. Pool was lovely and clean and the temperature was perfect for us. Location is as expected and quite high up, which was never a problem for us and there was a lovely breeze that circulated inside the villa when all the balcony doors were open. The villa could do with a re fresh. We felt it wouldn’t cost much to just give it a little face lift. Outdoor furniture is pretty tired and worn, 2 of the sun beds were slightly broken.Bedrooms really lacked storage, hardly anywhere to put clothes which was difficult for us when staying 2 weeks and having to leave the majority of clothes in cases. The house just needed a bit of a spring clean, things were quite dusty and just felt like it had been closed up for a while. Beds were lovely and comfortable and a good amount of hot water for the whole villa. Filtered water was a huge bonus. Felt very safe in the area the villa is located. Would love to visit again and hopefully the owner will take on board these little issues so we can stay again in the future.

I have inherited quite a bit of my mothers furniture from 70`s and 80´s and of course I see it with different eyes, so would be really helpful if you get a chance to tell me what doesnt work. The dust is pretty difficult the Kalima gets in everywhere this year its been worst than most. But will definitely take on board all your comments would love to have you back. thanks lupe

Not for us at all

This is a super big villa but really not right to rent for holidays. This appears to be a home that is rented out. Not enough wardrobe and drawer space as most were locked with owners possessions. We go on holiday and take nice clothes to go out every night, 2 out of 4 had to live out of a suitcase. Not good enough. The kitchen is a very dated small place, the plate rack was so high up only my son could reach it and we are all 5'7 plus tall. Only 1 wine glass, drawers with utensils in were dirty and it reslly was not to my standard of a holiday villa. The pool was dirty when we arrived. Not happy at all however i will add when i contacted the owner. She was sad to hear about things and got the pool cleaned which stayed nice for the rest of the stay, she also offeted to bring hladses and clean drawers. The villa had reviews about needing updating but i thought that it would have been done. However not, it needs attention. As people who stay in really nice villad, this was not for is at all. Great communication though with a very nice host so thankyou for that

Hello Carol I am so sorry for this and I am really sorry that you thought the property was not up to standard. Unfortunately the wardrobes are locked with bed linen and other such things. I have never really been asked for more but I will make sure I leave more space . The kitchen design and the racks there is not much I can do unfortunately the design came that way, but in the dining room the sideboard does have plates and cutlery too and there are always wine glasses but they are the portuguese designer variety maybe I should put the bar ones which are easier. I am though sad to hear you didnt rate it for holidays thankfully many people do .unfortunately as i said the pool is in the open and there is a pesky palm tree at the neighbours house and it does really shed a bit and at present we have had wind. I hope though that you did enjoy the view and our beautiful sunsets.

Come si può notare dalle foto, il punto forte della villa è sicuramente la vista infinita che si può godere sia dal soggiorno/pranzo che dalle camere da letto. Ho passato 2 settimane di relax da solo, grazie anche al fatto che pochissimi rumori provengono dalla strada sul retro della villa. Se posso dare un consiglio: la lavapiatti non può servire 6 coperti (ospiti), ma è perfetta per 1 persona sola! Grazie per tutto
