A nice bright apartment just 10 minutes from the Duomo. If you are a couple or a family who wants to stay in a residential neighborhood just outside the historic center, this is the apartment for you. Located in an elegant private street, in the Sant'Ambrogio area not far from Brera, it is easily accessible by public transport coming from the central station and airports, in addition, 500 m away is the Cordusio metro stop and a few steps away there is convenient parking for cars.
The modern and refined style is the master in this house where you can't wait to rest after a long day discovering the city. It is located on the first floor accessible by elevator and consists of an open space with living room and fully equipped kitchen complete with all appliances, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
For the comfort of our guests, the apartment is equipped with wifi access, hair dryer, TV, iron, air conditioning and heating.
Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19, every day. Later ones are only possible by prior arrangement and with an extra payment. Arrivals after 11 p.m. are not allowed. Check-out, on the other hand, is at 10:00 a.m. We remind you that to stay in Milan it is mandatory to pay the tourist tax, equal to 6.30€ per day for each guest, which will be collected at the time of check-in, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.
