The coast is clear was an amazing home that checked all the boxes for 4 families with 11 children aged 3-10.The location is perfect to the beach access across the street and seaside square just 0.8 miles away! The bikes and golf cart were a nice touch during the week too! The pool is a great size for all the kids, and paying for the pool heat was necessary for the last week of March. We cannot wait to go back to this home and area! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The 360 company was also wonderful to work with. If something went wrong they were there to fix it immediately. The wifi was very spotty but they would come out and reset the router every time we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The attention to detail in the property is incredible. Sound sound throughout the house and pool area. Ocean views from the 3rd floor master and adjacent bedroom. The property is a close walk to the public beach. Chairs and umbrellas were provided which is a step up from other places. The beach was not crowded. Beach towels are provided and parking is great! Could not recommend this place more to a large family or large group of friends.

Great family vacation spot

We had a great time. The house was so clean and is really an incredible place. It’s huge and we’ll appointed all around. Multiple couples can stay in privacy in the same house. Pool is great and the rooftop is excellent in the evening when it’s not so hot. We had a few issues with the dishwasher, but 360 blue is super quick at responding and they had someone out to fix the issues quickly. I think the issues were results from a previous guest, but it didn’t really mess anything up for us. The maintenance crews are nice and fast. Would stay again!

We run The Kingdom Impact Center in Panama City, which is a command Center where people can bring donations and can also get what they need. We loved "Coast is Clear". We stayed in the home with 25 friends and family and the house easily handled the crowd. The pool and game room were a big hit with the kids. With all of the decks and living spaces this house easily handled our group, without feeling crowded. We have stayed in several houses in the seaside area over the years and this is one of the best houses and by far in the best shape.

We had a wonderful stay at the home The Coast is Clear. The house was fully equipped and the decor was lovely. Beautiful artwork throughout and the kitchen was amazing with three different coffee makers, ice machine, large walk in pantry, two dishwashers and loads of serving pieces and flatware. We love our vacations in 30A and staying in a home like this one made it all the more special. The pool and deck area were spacious and well furnished with chaise lounges and chairs. The outdoor kitchen was also a great bonus for a family who loves to grill. Thank you 360 Blue for this wonderful week in Seagrove Beach. We all hated to leave this lovely home!

The house was very nice. It was not great for my elderly parents because there was no view of the beach at all. They couldn’t walk up to the roof!! Accommodations were good but if you need 7 private bedrooms the bunk room right next to master bedroom on second floor has no doors to it therefore no privacy for a couple. I thought the rate was very high for not being on the beach and the only view being the roof top.

Great house. The only thing is when the wind blows like it has the last two days the roof and steel hand rails on the fourth floor begin to vibrate creating like a sonic vibration through out the third floor. Very loud. It happens more in early morning before sun heats up things. You can even feel it on second floor. If you go up on fourth floor during the event the hand rails are vibrating very noticeable. We thought it was a bearing going out in an a/c unit at first but it was not. You cannot sleep on third floor it gets so loud.

15 people. Perfect for family’s with kids as the kids as great bunks and adults all had king bed. Great location and easy beach access. Our favorite part of the house was watching the sunset and ocean in the rooftop balcony as a family! Everything is new and fresh! Service was wonderful and prompt. The only issue we had was there was a leak from the top floor master bedroom into the kitchen. This made the top master bathtub unusable for our trip. So we had to give baths to our son in the second floor tub. Also, make sure to buy/bring cleaning/counter spray and trash bags. Wonderful trip and beautiful home! Hope to stay there again!
