So much character!

It’s like stepping back in time on a very picturesque street steps from the Roman arena! Convenient location. Very clean, nice bath/shower, AC was great on hot day! Fantastic stay!

This place was great! We loved how easy it was for us to get there and get around to all the sites in Arles! We came on foot, traveling by train, it took only 15 minute's to get there! It had all the things we needed for a perfect stay!! Thanks so much!

This was an ideal place to stay when exploring Arles. Right next to the Arles Roman era arena was amazing. I was able to get our morning baguette in a short walk. The owner Katie was very helpful and made sure we were well supplied.

Excellent location to explore Arles. The space is great for two people. The stairs could be a challenge for some. Plenty of hot water, storage space, good washing machine. No negatives.

This apartment was as good as we expected. It had the amphitheater just steps outside the front door that was magnificent! The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook at home. The instructions were very helpful and check in was easy. We enjoyed the city very much and had a beautiful drive down to the Camargue as well. Thank you both for sharing this wonderful place on VRBO.

Great location in old town adjacent to the Arena. We were fortunate to park for free at the train station about a 10 minute walk. Note that the sleeping area and bathroom is on the upper level with a steep stair and low headroom. Also curious that no door on bathroom. Katie responded very quickly to any questions. Wonderful location

The property couldn’t be any closer to the action! Having the view of the arena, especially at night, was amazing. The place was well-equipped which is not always the case. The hosts were very communicative. The stairs would be tricky for young people or those with limited mobility for sure. It was quite warm, despite having two AC units. We also had windows open and it is quite loud in the evening as people come home from the bars. So, lovely space and great location, be advised that, in our experience, it wasn’t super quiet.

Stayed for four nights in mid-October. Thoroughly enjoyed the property, great location, walked everywhere. Made good use of the kitchen. It was unseasonably warm but A/C worked well. Used the free parking at the train station for our car, 12 min walk. Handy location for the markets. Quiet environs. Arena literally outside the front door, theatre ruins less than 10 minutes, centre of Arles not much further. Good communication with Katie and Nasser. Made some suggestions to owners re a few things to enhance the renter experience, including better lighting for reading. Good bed. There are steep winding stairs to the upper level so the property is not for those who have trouble climbing stairs. Would be awkward to get a large suitcase up to the second level, we only had small cases. Would we return - yes.

Really liked this place. Close to everything. Across the street from the amphitheater. Comfortable bed and well equipped apartment. No stairs to get to the place but a very winding staircase inside from the first floor to the second floor. It may not be suited for mobility challenged folks. We would definitely stay here again.

Tout à fait conforme, sauf le prix : où est l'arnaque ?

La location aurait été très bien, si ce n'est que le propriétaire a exigé que nous payions 50 € de supplément pour la 3° personne alors que nous avions déjà réglé ce supplément sur la plateforme Abritel ; nous lui avons montré le reçu etc. il n'a rien voulu savoir, très en colère, il nous a expliqué que c'est Abritel qui fait mal son travail, nous avons fini par lui laisser un billet de 50 € pour avoir la paix mais soit c'est le propriétaire qui est malhonnête, soit c'est Abritel : j'ai bien payé à la réservation le prix de base plus le supplément 3° personne

Merci de votre réponse, mais le montant supplémentaire (3ème voyageur) n’était absolument pas marqué dans la réservation au moment de votre venu, sinon on n’aurait jamais exigé ces frais supplémentaires. Nous accueillons des voyageurs depuis de nombreuses années et en aucun cas est-ce que nous cherchons à arnaquer qui que ce soit. Le montant apparaît maintenant dans votre réservation, ce qui est un énigme pour nous aussi, et nous procéderons à un remboursement des 50€ payés sans aucun problème. Nous avons tenu seulement à recevoir le montant convenu pour 3 personnes, ni plus ni moins. Dans l’attente de votre retour sur ce point, nous restons à votre disposition.

Great location and price

We had a very nice stay in Arles at this property. It is close to some of the most interesting and visited areas of the city and is a nice reprieve from the heat of the day. The description of the bathroom situation is one to be noted as there is no door to close. Those who are bashful would not do well here.
