Wide sandy beaches, woodland walks and beautiful countryside all on the doorstep. It ticks all the boxes for a quality, coastal bolthole, perfect for families and also people who love walking and outdoor pursuits.

Short breaks available outside of peak season. Mid week 4 nights Mon-Fri and weekend 3 night Fri-Mon.

This gorgeous holiday home has slate flooring downstairs plus a stunning open plan living/dining/kitchen. The sunny terrace is north/west and sea facing.

Entrance from the level driveway and into a light and airy open plan living/dining/kitchen. There is a separate sitting room and bathroom. Stairs from the living area lead to the upstairs.

North/West facing with a side aspect, which benefits from the sun nearly all day, but all evening to enjoy the stunning sunsets.

There is a new stone patio area with picnic table, chairs and a BBQ. Side area with off road parking spaces for 2 cars.

The owner lives close by so is on hand if required.

Talybont (otherwise Tal-y-Bont) is a village north of the town of Barmouth in mid Wales.

Talybont benefits from a railway station on the Cambrian Line and has a hair dresser, a pub called the 'Ysgethin Inn' and a restaurant.

The Snowdonia National Park is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you are looking for. Whatever you are into: fishing, surfing, kite boarding, sailing, mountain biking, bird watching, painting, landscape photography or horse riding, there are endless scenic places to explore. This region of Wales is without doubt a 'hidden gem' with some of the most spectacular scenery in Britain. This is a walker's paradise with Cader Idris just a few minutes drive away! Snowdon is only 60 minutes by car and the beautiful Coed Y Brenin Wood, with miles of mountain bike and walking tracks is just 30 minutes drive.Don't worry if you are not the active type, the effortless Mawddach Trail, featured in Julia Bradbury's 'Great Railway Walks' program, is accessible to everyone and takes you on a journey along one of the UK's most spectacular estuaries, brimming with wildlife. Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights and Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. Minimum charge of £299 per stay.

Where a one week minimum applies, our changeover day is FRIDAY.

Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, wifi, heating, bedding and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

The property comfortably sleeps 4 guests. We can accommodate 2 additional guests (sofa bed can be used on request for 2 additional guests for additional charge of £50 per person per booking)

One dog is welcome with a £25 surcharge applying. No puppies and downstairs only please due to light carpets, stairgate available.

There is a cleaning fee of £49 per booking.
