About this property

This family villa is beautifully placed with its sea view and the access to the beach is on foot it offers a comfort full of charm. Its geographical location is perfect to fully enjoy the beach and nature, halfway between the center of Porticcio and the famous beach of Cala d'Orzu.
Different activities possible (Golf, pedestrian walk, equestrian, mountain bike, beach boat rental, huts .....).
Sleeping up to 8 people this villa is composed of:
- 3 bedrooms upstairs sea view with bathroom, laundry area (washing machine), separate toilet, direct access to the garden by a service door
- Ground floor living room of 60 m2 open on a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge ...) and living room with a convertible sofa bed 2 people.
This magnificent room gives access to a wooden terrace with a view of Mare Sole in the Sanguinaires Islands
A landscaped garden with infinity pool landscaping wooden beaches
Proximity to shops (restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, butcher's bakery ....). We do not take a cleaning fee and the villa is to be cleaned the day of your departure. However you have the possibility of relying on a cleaning lady if you wish. 180 euros the benefit. Regarding our second home we are very available because we live on Ajaccio

Mer et Soleil Corse

Un séjour teès agréable dans une maison de famille, magnifique, toute équipée et facile à vivre. Mention spéciale à notre hôte à l'écoute et très réactive. La Corse sous son meilleur jour. La plage d'argent accesible à pied, paradisiaque.

Magnifique villa et vue exceptionnelle.

Belle villa a quelques pas de la mer avec une belle vue sur la baie d’ajaccio. Belle piscine privee et grande terrasse pour de bons moments entre amis. La plage d’argent est a environ deux kilometres et merite sa reputation avec son sable blanc et l’eau limpide et calme. Le proprietaire a été très prompt à réagir lorsque nous avons eu un petit souci avec la cuisinière. Il manque seulement un BBQ et quelques ustensiles de cuisine pour les amateurs de bonne viande grillée.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Joelle et Stéphane. La maison est sublime et bien équipée pour 8 personnes. La vue sur mer est omniprésente dans chaque pièce. La piscine et les différentes terrasses sont très agréables. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

AMAZING PLACE

Amazing villa with a wonderful panoramic view of the bay. Clean, spacious accommodation with many places to relax. Large and heated swimming pool with sea view. A beautiful beach just a few steps from the villa. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended and thank you for a wonderful holiday.
