Ein wunderschöner Ort

Das Haus liegt wirklich einmalig schön, wenn man einen einmaligen Ausblick auf das Meer und viel Ruhe haben möchte. Die Gegend ist nur wenig bebaut. Für uns war’s wirklich ein Traum. Dafür muss man 30/40 Minuten für eine Strecke zum Einkaufen einplanen, aber das war’s uns wirklich wert. Der Strand ist auch zu Fuß über einen Fußweg von circa 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Strand ist klein und viel leerer als die benachbarten Strände. Gerade am Abend wunderschön. Der Empfang war äußerst herzlich. Um kleinere Mängel wurde sich umgehend gekümmert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Très bon Séjour dans la Villa

Séjour très bien passé dans la Villa. Vue exceptionnelle. Piscine très appréciable. Manque juste un meilleur entretien de la maison. Douche extérieur à revoir , Climatisation a réviser ( Bloc extérieur à côté de la terrasse qui fait du bruit constamment , dommage pour profiter du calme ). Carrelage cassé à l'entrée du Studio et très coupant. Beaucoup de petits détails à revoir. Un échange sur place à l'arrivée avec une personne serait appréciable.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren insgesamt zwei Familien mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern und hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Das Haus bietet eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer und die Bucht von Ajaccio. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut.Alles was man braucht ist da. Viele schöne Strände sind vom Haus schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin Marie hat uns bei allen Fragen schnell geantwortet und auch aktiv gefragt, ob alles für uns passt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus und könnes es nur weiterempfehlen.

Maison du bonheur

Superbe villa chaleureux, les grands enfants ont adoré la semaine passé ensemble c est top. Je remercie chaleureuse la propriétaire, merci a carole et a sabrina pour l entretien de cet super villa, vu époustouflant je recommande aux familles amis, vous allez adorée surtout prenez bien soin de ce lieux magnifique et magique. Une vue à couper le souffle

Magnifique accueil de la part de Vanessa…. Hyper sympa et arrangeante !!! En amont Marie Madeleine hyper prévenante nous avait envoyé tout les docs et précisions pour notre séjour… Bref…. On a tous qu’un seul regret … devoir partir…. Merci pour tout !!! Biz des Bretons !!

Super Lage

Das Haus befindet sich an einer wunderschönen Lage. Leider ist die Instandhaltung der Liegenschaft recht vernachlässigt worden. Div. Mobiliar war defekt, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und die Sauberkeit lies etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Vermieterin war aber sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

situation idéale , vue superbe ,tranquilité assurée, maison agréable

Deux semaines avec toute ma famille en aout très agréables à l'Albitru à Portigliolo chez madame Bonifaci (que nous n'avons pas rencontré mais qui a été de très bon contact ). Nous avons apprécié la maison , la piscine,l'emplacement idéal au bout d'une petite route dans la nature corse ,la vue sur la baie d’Ajaccio ,les couchers de soleil et le calme. Quelques améliorations seraient bienvenues quant au mobilier extérieur et à l'entretien du jardin. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la Corse vers le sud ou le nord. Je recommande l'excursion d'une journée en mer, en bateau rapide, au départ de Porticcio pour Girolata Scandola et une sortie en Quad en montagne , loin de tout, au départ de RENNO Un bon restaurant à 20mn de la maison avec vue superbe à Coti Chiavari.

très bonne

La demeure est parfaite pour un grand groupe ( 10 personnes ) avec des chambres spacieuses, bien aménagées. La terrasse offre une vue grandiose sur Ajaccio et les Sanguinaires. La piscine est une alternative ombragée a la plage à 15 mn a pied de la maison. L endroit est très calme, idéal pour des vacances reposantes!

Beautiful villa with stunning views

Corsica is a beautiful island, very green with stunning beaches. The villa is spacious and has the most spectacular views of the hillside and sea. The sunsets are really beautiful from the villa. The villa is well equipped. The nearest beach is about a 1000m, as the crow flies, from the villa. We had a very relaxing holiday and would love to come back to the villa. The owners,Marie and her husband were friendly and approachable.It's a good idea to learn abit of French as no restaurants/supermarkets/locals speak English. But we got by and enjoyed our holiday.I would recommend this villa.

Super séjour

Maison très confortable, bonne literie, bien équipée. Nous avons passé une quinzaine en famille. Petits et grands ont beaucoup apprécié. La vue est magnifique (conséquence : le retour de la plage à pieds est un peu pénible, ça monte beaucoup, mais le spectacle à l'arrivée vaut le coup). Nous avons pris tous nos repas sur la terrasse et ce fut magique. La piscine a été très appréciée également. Monsieur et Madame Bonafaci sont charmants et nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous recommandons

Emplacement idyllique, mais...

Magnifique emplacement, pour une maison entièrement orientée vers la mer.Une terrasse extérieure où nous avons pris tous nos repas face à la Méditerranée.Une piscine bien équipée, mais dont les portes sécurisées doivent être restaurées. Une cuisine très complète, aussi bien en vaisselle qu'en électroménager Le jardin pourrait être mieux entretenu, et les prises électriques de la maison doivent être vérifiées car plusieurs sont en mauvais état. La chambre principale n'a pas eu de climatisation pendant les 15 jours du séjour (mois d'aout) Les propriétaires sont tres réceptifs, mais il manque quelqu'un sur place pour gérer les problèmes(qui n'ont pas manqué:panne du robot-piscine, plus d'eau chaude, nid de frelons, panne de climatisation dans une chambre) A préciser, de nombreux restaurants de bord de mer excellents, mais si vous voulez faire des courses alimentaires, comptez une demi heure minimum pour trouver un supermarché. Je terminerai en disant que la maison a un volume et une disposition parfaite pour 10 personnes, mais pensez à faire le ménage avant de partir (je pensais qu'il y avait 8 heures de prévues, et donc de payées)

TOP à conseiller - sehr zu empfehlen

Séjour enchanteur dans la villa soignée de Marie Madeleine et Eric, hôtes fort sympathiques. L'agencement (du presse agrumes au sèche cheveux en passant par internet) est prévu pour répondre au moindre de nos souhaits. La vue tant depuis la terrasse que depuis la piscine est tout simplement magique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. L'environnement est calme, les activités proches. Merci encore. Super angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer gepflegten Villa. Die Besitzer sind sehr sympatisch und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist top. Alles ist vorhanden. Die Aussicht einfach fantastisch. Die Umgebung lädt zur ErholungWir werden bestimmt wieder in dieser Villa Ferien verbringen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Maison qui mériterait un peu plus de soins.

Grande et jolie maison qui mériterait un peu plus de soins (murs décrépis, cadavres de fourmis dans la salle de bain, armoires cassées, porte-fenêtre ne fermant plus) et surtout gros problème d'odeur pendant 14 jours dû à la fosse septique qui aurait débordé avant notre arrivée. Location idéale

séjour à 10 personnes (2 familles) dans la maison de Marie et Eric. La maison est très confortable, la climatisation est parfaite, la piscine est toute la journée au soleil et très bien entretenue, la vue est à couper le souffle avec les couchers de soleil chaque soir différents sur les îles sanguinaires. La maison est très bien équipée et le ménage en milieu de séjour est très appréciable et très bien fait....Merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Nous espérons revenir le plus rapidement possible.
