This beautiful house is ideal for families and couples as it can accommodate up to 2 people, with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. Fully equipped kitchen, living room and a large terrace with incredible sea views, and Internet Wifi fibre. Strategically located, close to the beaches of Radazul and the wonderful natural saltwater pool of Tabaiba. In addition to a magnificent connection to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, a large terrace with sea views, where you can sunbathe or have breakfast, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, Wifi Internet, sheets and shower towels, travel cot and high chair and a communal swimming pool.

The building has a lift, it is essential to respect the timetables set by the community both for the use of the common areas and for living together.
In front of the building there is a public parking area where there is always a car park. In one of the photos you can see this parking area.

The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The use of barbecues in the outdoor patio is not allowed.

The air conditioning is located in the living room.

Beautiful flat with a great view of the sea

The flat is bright and clean. You can sit very nicely on the very large terrace. You have a very nice view of the sea. You can get to Santa Cruz very quickly in 5 minutes by car. There is a small supermarket within walking distance, in Santa Cruz there are all supply possibilities. The communication with Home2Book is excellent. The house in which the flat is located is a bit older and could be renovated in the corridors. You can hear the motorway on the balcony and in the flat when the windows are open.
