We offer 4 identical villas side by side
Each villa offers 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 people.

Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms with a total of 10 single beds (sleeps 10)
In the basement, the Home Cinema offers 5 beds in bunk beds (5 beds)
The maximum number of occupants is limited to 15 people
On the ground floor, a large dining-living room with an open kitchen.

It is a house in a residential environment on the edge of a small village, so we will ask you to respect the calm and good neighborliness.
It is forbidden to make noise and music outside or inside the house which could disturb the neighbors.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Our Villa can accommodate each up to 15 people

Weekends or holidays minimum rental 2 nights.
The other days of the week possibility to rent from one night or the day from 8h to 18h.

Each house offers 5 rooms with 10 beds.
The Home Cinema in the basement is equipped with 6 individuals bunk Beds

On the ground floor, a large dining-living room with 2 sofas convertible into beds and an open kitchen overlook a garden with a terrace and a covered loggia

It is strictly forbidden to make noise or parties in the house or outside who disturbs the neighborhood.

Large flat screen Tv, usb and Hdmi connection. (Remember to bring your DVD player, computer + movies)

Grande maison parfaite pour recevoir nos fêtes de fin d’année en famille. Très bon accueil, grand espace de réception et 15 vrais couchages qui peuvent être complétés par au total 8 places en canapé convertible. Chauffage par le sol qui peut être un peu long pour certaines chambres. Les indications sur le four sont difficilement lisibles, sinon tout est top! Merci pour le super séjour !

Le prix semble élevé pour la prestation fournis, le ménage facturé 150 ne les vaut pas. Poussière sous les lits, cheveux ds les douches, pleins de traces sur les peintures des murs, table a manger abîmée, un store qui ne s ouvre pas, le lave vaisselle qui fuit, peu d'équipements dans la cuisine pour 15 personnes.Comparé à d'autres biens en location pour le même prix, celui ci ne propose pas de serviettes de toilette, les lits sont à faire par nous mm (pas agréable en cas d'arrivée tardive) pas de gel douche à disposition, pas de cadeaux de bien venu, peu de communication avec l'hôte, 0 information sur les choses à voir et à faire...

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits et 3 jours dans cette location à 15 personnes pour faire les marchés de Noel entre famille et amis. La maison est adaptée et equipée de tout le necessaire. Nous avons apprecie l'arrivée qui a pu se faire un peu plus tot ainsi que le forfait ménage et drap automatiquement appliqué entre chaque locataire (pas de mauvaises surprise avec des locataires precedents indélicats) Les jeunes ont apprecié avoir un espace commun rien que pour eux en bas. Le village est calme est proche de tout et comme on ne se lasse pas de la région nous projetons d'y sejourner de nouveau l'annee prochaine... reste plus qu à trouver des dates en commun a tout le monde. Belles fêtes de fin d'annee !

Absence d’équipements prévus dans le descriptif et revoir la propreté de la maison

Belle maison très spacieuse mais dommage il manquait des équipements qui étaient stipulés dans le descriptif comme le barbecue (ce sont des planchas pas très propres), le babyfoot dans la salle de jeux et ni de sèche-cheveux. Le ménage est vite fait. Tous les électroménagers sont sales. Mais dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un bon moment.
