Belle situation vue sur mer agréable calme mais manque de services

La piscine était sale pleine de pollen et le jardin environnant mérite une bonne taille stricte pour lui redonner du cachet. La canapé lit compris dans la prestation situé dans le salon était bloqué et en outre est une véritable planche donc rien d'un canapé de salon confortable ce qui gâche le séjour dans le salon. Il manque une prestation pour le petit déjeuner faire venir un boulanger patissier par exemple et un traiteur pour les repas...à méditer

Un très bel emplacement dans CASSIS mais un rapport prix/qualité un peu élevé

La présence d'un parking appréciable mais aussi source de nuisance pour les appartements situés au-dessus (crissement des pneus sur les cailloux et manque d'intimité sur les balcons). Compte tenu du prix élevé de la location l'installation d'un jacuzzi serait la bienvenue pour l'intersaison. Il est également regrettable que la chambre ne soit pas dotée d'un volet roulant car le rideau n'est absolument pas occultant ; en outre la chaleur rentrerait moins et cela éviterait le recours à la climat.

HPC Suites was built entirely of Cassis stone cut on site in 1960 by a bourgeois family from Marseille. The establishment was inhabited by the heirs until 2015. Acquired in 2015, the property and the park in the center of the Village were completely renovated and modernized in 2016.


Less than 3 minutes walk from the port, restaurants, shops, market and beaches. The park with its olive trees lights up some evenings to the delight of visitors.
