It is located close to Addenbrookes Hospital and the Biomedical Campus (1.9 miles from Cambridge Station: 2.4 miles from the city centre). The house features 2 stunning double bedrooms, an open plan state-of-the-art kitchen/diner/living area complete with a sofa bed. There is off street parking in front of the property for 2 cars. For transit around the city, regular buses are 2 minutes walk from the house.
