Great location for peace and tranquility

The lodge is lovely, in the countryside and so peaceful. But our stay wasn’t restful as the beds were so uncomfortable. The visitors’ book has this issue flagged for more than a year. Also, the ‘key information’ section was empty on the booking confirmation and the Cottages.com team were helpful, but there was a bit of stress trying to gain the information about how to get into the lodge.
