The Tree Dome - Luxurious Glamping Retreat

Nestled under a canopy of trees on an elevated platform, our Tree Dome offers the simple joys of the great outdoors; designed for nature cravers, adventure chasers, peace and quiet seekers and memory makers. It offers an enriched way to explore nature close up with amenities you would expect to find in a deluxe hotel: well-appointed beyond your expectations.

Our newest Dome offers the unique experience of cooking in the great outdoors with an authentically hand crafted wood fired oven - a real treat! The oven is a £20 extra charge and can be requested and paid for direct. This includes 4 x dough balls.

This luxurious glamping accommodation features a king size bed with plush pillows and a luxuriously cosy duvet, a dining room table and chairs, a comfy sofa, outside furniture, a spa hot tub (£65.00 extra charge payable direct. The hot tub will be lit on your day of arrival and includes one basket of logs. Extra logs can be purchased from the main house), BBQ, and a private bathroom with a steaming hot shower, a flushing toilet and convenient kitchenette. All dogs are very welcome at an additional charge of £25 per dog which is payable in cash on arrival. Dogs are not permitted on furniture. You will find am electric charging point for cars at the main house.

Such a special place

Fern and Penny were great hosts who made sure that our stay was a lovely one. The doom is so beautiful and comfortable inside with a lovely wood fire and has a great outdoor private space too. From sipping champagne in the hot tub to a cosy night infront of the fire listening to the wind in the trees it was all so special.

Breakaway before break down

Was a lovely to get away from the monotony of the day to day stresses of work and hustle of life. Our stay was serene and made so easy by the level of attention to detail by the hosts who seemingly have thought of everything.

Now looking tired

Great location but it’s now looking tired. Main issue is health and safety. Shower floor very slippery and no rubber mat. Door from kitchen to toilet/shower only opens a small amount as it then stopped by the floor. If I were to fall a paramedic would need to remove the door to get me out. The outside lights no longer work and in the dark you can’t see to get to the toilet. There is a plug-in light in there but you can see to get there ! The hot tub is great but pictures show a wooden ledge which is now missing. The decking needs a good jet wash and treatment and the railing needs painting. I had to mend the tv aerial connection before the tv would work. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean but the above issues detracted from what could have been a very pleasant few days.

Mini moon break

We stayed in the Tree Dome for our 2 night mini moon and how perfect it was. Everything was just perfect, to the cleanliness and attention to detail and high standards. The hot tub was sensational and the heated blanket topped it all off. Penny was very polite and really easy to get hold of. Can’t say a bad thing about this place. Perfect romantic spot

My wife and I had a beautiful stay in the Tree dome. Even though we were looking forward to staying, it exceeded our expectations. The decor, the quality of the bed linen and even the shampoo that was provided really added to it and made it feel like a luxurious stay in the woods. I loved looking out across the forest in the morning and lighting the fire to keep warm. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Tom & Jen
