A beautifully presented modern fully fitted first floor apartment situated in the heart of Scarborough's town centre with stunning sea views.

This fantastic apartment gives you a 26 sq m lounge/kitchen with sea views, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV and DVD player, a perfect space to relax after a day exploring. Bedroom 1 is 14 sq m and has a double bed and flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has single bunk beds and great views of the town. The fifth bed is a Murphy bed.

This 2 bedroom apartment is well located centrally to the town centre, Scarborough's South bay and the beach, the Spa complex and a wide range of eating and drinking establishments. Also within a short walk of the property is the unspoiled North Bay beach, the restored open air theatre, the miniature railway and the 14 million Alpamere Waterpark.

A lovely space to enjoy exploring all the historic seaside town has to offer. It also has excellent access to public transport links .
The secured building hosts three modern, two and three bedroom, comfortable apartments in the heart of Scarborough with outstanding views and within two minutes from the beach.

Master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and a large family bathroom with jet bath and walk in shower in our outstanding maisonette. The apartment is on 2 floors and lots of space, a large 50" TV. The kitchens come fully equipped with washer machine, dish washer, large fridge freezer, oven and hob and microwave.

Scarborough's is a story of many 'firsts'. The town became known as probably the world's first seaside resort back in the 1600s, when the health-giving properties of the Spa waters were discovered.

Bathing machines to preserve swimmers' modesty as they took to the sea were first seen here. And by the mid-1800s, with the coming of the railways and the popularity of sea bathing on the rise. But despite its rich history, Scarborough doesn't live in the past. The town is constantly innovating to keep its place as one of the most popular holiday destinations in the UK.
