This Room can be booked Room only or with Breakfast. Our Garden Room offers a double room with en-suite wet room & kitchenette. There is also a sofa bed which can sleep up to two more persons. This spacious bedroom is located beneath the self catering barn and offers guests the facilities to make small snacks in the kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The en-suite bathroom features a large walk in shower wet room, so is also ideal for people with physical disabilities. The living area has seating, TV and DVD player. Ample parking provided just outside. This room has access to an enclosed courtyard for safe play for small children, or somewhere to relax when the weather is nice. Please note this Room has direct exterior access and a key can be made available to the main house where breakfast is served and communal rooms, Drawing Room , study etc can be used. There is a 6 person Garden Hot Tub for year round use . There is also children’s play area with playhouse, swings, slide, trampoline sandpit etc. Super for Cyclists as located just off the main A1 Belfast to Dublin road.
