The following costs are NOT included in the rental price and must be paid by bank before arrival to the owner of the holiday home:
1. Final cleaning 295 euros.
2. Mandatory rental of bedlinen 15,75 euros per person. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby bed.
3. Tourist tax 2.20 euros p.p.p.n.
4. Deposit 400 euros (The deposit will be refunded to your account by the owner as soon as possible but certainly within two weeks after your stay).
5. Bring your dog? always on request. Surcharge 1 x 25 euros and 9,25 euros per night. (8,95 in 2023) A dog must always be registered.
6. You can rent the following items or bring your own.

Kitchen linen 6,25 euros each.
Baby bed 10,50 euros each.
High chair 5,75 euros each.
Child pakkage (chair and bed) 13,50 euros.
You will receive an invoice from us on which these costs are specified.

Holiday home Charmant is an attractive house in a quiet location in a beautiful area near a bay with a sandy beach on the Oosterschelde. This holiday home offers you all the luxury and comfort. The holiday home has a sauna, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. A place where you can enjoy, eat, play, relax and unwind with your family and relatives.


The beach is close by. You can walk up the dike and be on the water in five minutes. The cozy center of Colijnsplaat is less than a ten-minute walk away, here are several good restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket. Larger places such as Goes, Middelburg and Zierikzee can be reached quickly by car. If you like sailing, you can do so from the marina of Colijnsplaat, if you would like to play golf, you can do so in Goes and Bruinisse and if you want to rest, you can stay in the garden of your holiday home. The North Sea beach is about 15 minutes away by car.

You enter the Charming holiday home through the hall which gives access to the cozy living room with sitting area around the gas-fireplace, dining area and the open kitchen, which is equipped with all modern conveniences. Adjacent to the kitchen is the wellness area with sauna and bathroom. From this room you have access to the garden with terrace. Here you can smell the salty sea air of the Oosterschelde. On the ground floor is one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath. There are four more bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms on the first floor. All 10-bed houses have a trampoline.

Charming holiday home is very suitable to live in as a family home with several families; grandfather, grandmother, children and grandchildren. The house can be booked with 10 adults and a maximum of 2 babies.

It is possible to book a child-friendly house on request. This house has a children's bedroom, a trampoline and a screened garden. All 10-person houses have a trampoline.
