Great stay for a great price!!
Great communication from start to finish, the room was perfect for our one night stay, with some good food and cocktail places nearby, fab location for the city centre and 5 mins from metro centre too. We appreciated that the room cost was still very cheap rather than taking advantage and doubling the cost as there was a big stadium concert on (we'd cancelled a room at a hotel for £200), which we had travelled to attend. Will definitely be booking here again if we are ever that way again.

Hidden gem with friendly,helpful owners who didn't impose but were there if needed.
Peaceful,relaxing,comfortable home from home.My room was a good size with fridge,kettle,hairdryer,iron and ironing board,en suite facilities,tv,large bed,mirrored wardrobe and armchairs.Paved area with table and chairs just outside.

Good value for the ££
A little difficult to get in as I misunderstood the checking arrangements but once in the room it was warm as was the rest of the house, the room, bathroom, and bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need if you want to eat in and if you do there is a Lidl across from the Cottage. The area is very well serviced by Chinese, Indian, Italian
restaurants, a good chippy, pizza place and pub al within 100 yards.

absolutely appauling. never staying again.
began to a friendly start. struggled to find it but once we did it was inviting. until later that night and we’d noticed a NEST OF LADYBUGS, on the windows , and black mold on the shower head. we were told we’d get a new one within an hour yet it never was given. and the ladybugs even began crawling along our possessions and then to top it off the bed was covered in mystery stains.
