The lounge is on the first floor and has a great surround-sound TV system for you to enjoy and comfy sofas to spread out on. The second (twin) bedroom is also on this floor. At the top of the house you will find the Master bedroom with views to the Spinnaker tower as well as the family bathroom. Located in Central Southsea you are never far from the attractions or the local shops and restaurants. Bayfields offers the chance to have the whole property to yourself with a high level of comfort. It is ideal for a work or family stay. The 2 parking spaces mean that you will never have to search for a space and will have your car, van or camper nearby. This is a rarity in Southsea. In addition there is a super well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and drier, a second toilet and also a gas barbecue in the secluded garden. Bayfields sleeps 5 (4 separate beds (no sofa bed)) and is exceptionally spacious. There is a huge lounge (4.5x3.5m), a roomy kitchen/diner and a downstairs cloakroom as well as 2 large bedrooms. Bayfields has a home cinema surround-sound system in the lounge to help you to enjoy the large TV. Children are particularly well looked after with a selection of family games and toys available. Great place for a short break.
Ideally located for the beach, shopping and local attractions. Very well equipped, clean and nicely presented accommodation, which was very spacious. Great to have off-street parking.

Nice stay in large clean modern property.
This property is on 3 levels with a kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. On the 2nd floor is a large lounge and also a large twin bedroom.
On the top floor is the main bathroom and a second large bedroom.
Should also be mentioned that the property also has a small drive big enough for an estate car.
It is a very clean well maintained property with all the amenities required for a stay..Would definitely return
Nicely presented, bright and spacious accommodation, with the added bonus of an enclosed outside space and off-street parking, vital in a restricted parking area.
A very well equipped kitchen, media system and good wi-fi, made Bayfields a home from home.
The location is great, set in a residential area, with the sea, shops and local amenities all within easy walking distance. It’s worth noting the three flights of stairs to reach the top floor bathroom and main bedroom, which was not a problem for us over a few days, but could limit some guests.
Spaceous house, gjood location to get around without a car, easy check-in and check-out with the key box.
