Apartment 4 is a newly refurbished comfortable spacious ground floor apartment for up to 4 people that is directly accessed from the guest garden.The apartment is north and east facing overlooking the garden and has Upvc casement double glazed windows.There is an entrance lobby with new Triton shower cubicle and separate w.c. off.The living area has a pull down wall (Murphy) double bed, three armchairs,coffee table and two bedside cabinets.There is a colour television with Freeview channels,DVD player and hairdryer.There is a separate bedroom with two single beds,bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and wardrobe.The apartment has a new fully fitted kitchen area with cooker and hob, fridge,microwave oven,kettle,toaster and full range of cutlery,crockery and kitchen utensils. There is a portable drop leaf dining table with chairs.We supply our guests with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits and for children a fruit drink and biscuits.Heating is available via an oil filled electric radiator and fan heater (all year) and central heating(beginning of November to end of March).
Please note the following additional costs that could be incurred which would be paid for separately on or before arrival.
Electricity operates via a modern £1 and £2 coin meter in the apartment.
Bed linen (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases) can be hired at £6.00 per bed per week.
Towels (bath and hand) can be hired at £3.00 per set per week.
Cots, mattresses (no bedding) and high chairs are available at £6.00 per set per week.
Alternatively guests are welcome to bring their own linen, towels, cots and high chairs.
Well behaved pets are welcome at £22.00 per pet per week or part thereof with a discount for three or more pets.
The distinguished detached property was built in 1902 and is set in its own spacious grounds which include a large secure guest garden with a range of children’s play equipment and a large off street private car park.
The child and pet friendly building comprises thirteen fully furnished and equipped self-catering apartments ranging in size from studios to two bedrooms and sleeping from one to seven guests. There is considerable flexibility in the accommodation to enable us to meet most requirements as well as the important little extras such as onsite laundry facilities, free upgraded WiFi service, book library, board games and beach equipment for guests use.
Broadshade is located in the quiet and popular Roundham residential area away from high traffic routes but still within just five minutes walk of the beaches, town centre and harbour.
There is also good access to the South Devon Expressway (A380) and local bus and rail stations within walking distance which make exploring the English Riviera, Dartmoor and South Devon very easy.
