We started our one year journey from the U.S. for some peace and quiet! We stumbled upon this magnificent apartment centrally located in Paignton. Location, cleanliness, communication, easy walk to town and bus stops, grocery store, incredible kitchen and even a washer/ dryer combo! Cant wait to go back.

Great apartment with parking at the rear lovely kitchen not too far from town nearby Sainsbury’s Good size bedrooms and wardrobes for clothes. Very pleasant stay and very quiet area . The hosts were very helpful and quick to reply .
A comfortable, well-spec'd apartment. Location is good for the sea front (10 minutes stroll), well located for shops and roads to other parts of Devon. The off-street parking is a real bonus in this area.
Very clean and close to sea front with ease of car parking. The only downside is that the main double bed could be king size but not a major problem. Neighbours were friendly and was a nice quiet area with a sainsbury's local just a few minutes walk away. Could no fault the property and we had no need to contact the property manager. Good base for both Brixham and Torquay.

Firstly we read all the reviews so were aware of the potential for some noise from people upstairs but this was minimal during our stay and we have the mindset that aid we can hear them they can probably hear us so it’s all about respecting each other. Parking as previously mentioned is difficult but the added bonus of parking to the rear of the ground inside a gated entrance was amazing and made life easy. The rear garden goes down to the side of the property and our dog lives running up and down here while we threw a ball for him to chase,this area actually makes the garden twice the size.The hosts were excellent throughout and even left milk and items to make a cream tea,everything you could need is in the home including brochures and manuals. The whole place is spotlessly clean and probably the cleanest place we have stayed in. If you go out the property and head to the beach it’s about a five minute walk and everything is within easy reach. We loved it so much we are now looking at planning to come again and stay longer the next time. Thank you to our host elisabeth

Lovely apartment, everything you need, secure garage and garden for the dogs.
Very modern, lots of space.
Paignton is great, so much to see and do, keep going back as cant fit everything in 1 week.
Lovely property, we really enjoyed our stay a short walk to beach and shops, spotlessly clean a lovely welcome pack when we arrived in the fidge.I would highly recommend this place
The flat was conveniently located for the town & beach and the private parking was a huge bonus. It was very clean and well equipped (needs a new frying pan though as the current one has been badly damaged due to only having metal utensils so we didn’t use it.) Elizabeth left a cream tea for our arrival which was a lovely touch! Cute little patio out back with two loungers and a picnic table. The lounge is an awkward layout with the tv side-on to the sofa and as others have noted, the sound insulation between the flats is very poor. So you can’t hear the tv or have a conversation in the lounge when the upstairs neighbours are running water. But overall we had a lovely stay!
We had a lovely experience staying in Paignton. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay, including a welcome cream tea which was greatly received. Location was great, the main amenities of Paignton were a short walk, and with a supermarket just up the road we couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you for a lovely stay!
The pictures on site don’t do the property justice, even though it looks nice it is nicer in reality. Exceptionally clean with everything you could possibly need. Basket of scones, cream and jam in fridge which I think is a lovely welcoming gift. Very comfy beds and bedding. Large smart TVs and internet. Garage at the back which we found very handy. It’s a nice 10 minutes walk from main centre. Very quiet area, no problems at all. Easy check in with key code. All in all a lovely place to stay .

It stretches away up for a long length
We had a dog and we felt safe letting it loose in the garden (all slabbed no grass) which is fully enclosed so you have privacy can’t see the next door neighbours (back )
Also at the back of the garden Is a secure car parked which is enclosed by lockable motorised
Shutters giving your car secure parking for your car only, there is street parking first come first which could be a problem depending on time of season but you don’t need to worry as secure parking comes with this apartment
Location well five minute walk gets you to the sea front again brilliant quiet relaxing safe street to walk down .
Owner well what can I say she can’t do enough to make sure your time at her accommodation is enjoyable she lives close by so in the unlikely event you need to contact her she’s around quickly
I hope to be back one day and have no hesitation in recommending this place to others

This was my second time staying at this flat and it mirrored the first visit in all the right ways! Great location, lovely flat with everything you need and a host that really cares.
26 Kings Rd is the perfect spot in so many ways - location, location, location!! You are so close to a supermarket, the town and best of all the beach ... all within easy walking distance. Spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Elisabeth is a wonderful thoughtful host. I highly recommend a stay here.
Good location, walking distance to Sainsbury's and other shops and beach and amusements. Upstairs guests were a bit noisy. Highly recommend using the secure parking around the back as not always possible to park in the street at the front of the property. Overall we had a nice stay.
Small but immaculate accommodation with a beautiful kitchen containing everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Generous bedrooms and a very comfy bed! A sunny courtyard was lovely to sit in on a hot evening and the parking arrangement was safe and convenient - highly recommended.

So nice that we came back to stay here again. The apartment had everything that we needed, was spotlessly clean and a great place to stay for our first post-lockdown holiday. It's only a short walk to the beach, there are nearby shops and the off road parking around the back is very spacious which makes coming and going really easy.
We had booked to stay during lock down and the owner was very good about allowing us to reschedule.
Very well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds.

Now TV box- we used our own Netflix log in but was a smart TV
Sainsbury’s local just found the corner.
Great place for a post lockdown stay.
