Apartment 10 is a newly refurbished comfortable first floor studio apartment for up to 2 people that is east facing overlooking the guest garden and with views towards Torquay.It has a large vertical sliding Upvc double glazed window giving a bright, airy feel.The apartment has a pull down wall (Murphy) double bed,two bedside cabinets,sofa,chest of drawers,coffee table,dining table with chairs and wardrobe.There is a colour television with Freeview channels and built in DVD player and a hairdryer.The apartment has a new fully fitted kitchenette with hob and oven, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and full range of cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils.There is also an ensuite modern Triton shower and w.c.We supply our guests with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits and for children a fruit drink and biscuits.Heating is available via an oil filled electric radiator and fan heater (all year) and a night storage heater (beginning of November to end of March).

Electricity operates via a modern £1 and £2 coin meter in the apartment.
Bed linen (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases) can be hired at £6.00 per bed per week.

Cots, mattresses (no bedding) and high chairs are available at £6.00 per set per week.
Alternatively guests are welcome to bring their own linen, towels, cots and high chairs.
Well behaved pets are welcome at £22.00 per pet per week or part thereof with a discount for three or more pets.
The distinguished detached property was built in 1902 and is set in its own spacious grounds which include a large secure guest garden with a range of children’s play equipment and a large off street private car park.
The child and pet friendly building comprises thirteen fully furnished and equipped self-catering apartments ranging in size from studios to two bedrooms and sleeping from one to seven guests. Broadshade is located in the quiet and popular Roundham residential area away from high traffic routes but still within just five minutes walk of the beaches, town centre and harbour.
There is also good access to the South Devon Expressway (A380) and local bus and rail stations within walking distance which make exploring the English Riviera, Dartmoor and South Devon very easy.
