About this property

Spacious Superior Room with Compact En-Suite

Our superior rooms are the largest in the guesthouse and boast, therefore, some additional amenities. Whether you like to relax as you get ready or you have work to attend while you're here, the desk can be purposed as a dressing table or workstation depending on your needs. The bay window serves as a cosy seating area in which to enjoy your morning coffee and large full-length mirrors mean you won't miss a beat before heading out for the day.

Statement king-size beds give you that much needed extra legroom and are surrounded by contemporary furnishings, clever built-in shelving and plenty of storage. Equipped with Smart TVs and retro kettles, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A compact, private en-suite shower room finishes off the room and fresh towels are available daily from the communal kitchen.
*Please note: The minimum age for check in is 25 years old (unless staying with a parent/guardian) and a refundable 250 GBP security deposit is required in advance of all stays.*

The Wellesley is a small, seven bedroom guesthouse situated in a quiet, residential area in the Queens Quarter and only a short walk or bus journey from the heart of Belfast city centre. Close by are a selection of delicious restaurants and lively bars where you can sample the outstanding cuisine and vibrant entertainment on offer in Belfast.

Housing a mix of seven boutique-style, self-serviced rooms, the space provides a comfortable and homely base for your stay in Belfast. You’ll find it packed full of contemporary, décor features and the rich, vibrant colour schemes ensure your time with us will be unique and memorable. Each compact en-suite has walk-in shower and all bedrooms are equipped with large mirrors and hairdryers, while the larger Superior rooms also have a workspace that can double as a desk or dressing table, depending on your needs.

Within the kitchen you'll find a corner from which you can restock on tea, coffee and towels or choose a book from our shared library. The kitchen itself is equipped with a cooker and oven, fridge, dishwasher and utensils should you desire to dine in. A washing machine and air dryer is also available for communal use.

Limited, free on-street parking is available in the surrounding area.

Large room - sufficiently comfortable :)
It was a short walk into the city each day and other sights such as the Ulster Museum and Belfast Botanical Gardens were nearby, which was handy. The room was large and had everything that we needed. A lot of things were damaged such as the broken wardrobe door which wouldn't shut, the shower head kept falling out of its attachment, and some tiles behind the toilet were cracked. In saying that, none of those things bothered us too much - I would still recommend others stay here.

I love this work. We have a great city with sooo much to offer and I love sharing it with visitors. Everywhere you go is authentic with actual real life Belfast people and not full of tourists like Dublin is. The city is small but perfectly formed! Everywhere is walkable. We have amazing restaurants and bars all over the place. Giant’s Causeway and other amazing scenery is all so close. Game of Thrones, Titanic, our political history. These are our things that make us unique and people will always want to come here because of them. I therefore feel it’s essential that when people visit that they have an amazing experience so they go home and tell their friends and family “GO TO BELFAST!” At Central Belfast Apartments we work incredibly hard to ensure they have the best accommodation experience, setting them up to enjoy the rest of the city. You can be assured of a warm Belfast greeting!
