GENERAL : A recently renovated spacious ground floor 4 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 8 people (2 in an adult sized bunk room). Les Sapins is perfect for a large family or a group of friends to enjoy. The apartment has parking right outside for one or two cars and a separate small garage for ski and bike storage. It also has an electric car charging port available upon request. The entrance hall is equipped with boot warmers and storage. It has a generous lounge area with a cosy wood burner and comfy seating, and a 40 inch flat screen TV with easy access to Netflix, Prime Video, and UK Freesat and free-to-air French television. Les Sapins has a fully fitted open plan kitchen with 8 seater dining table. Plus there is a generous private south facing garden area with outside furniture and BBQ to enjoy in the warmer months.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS : The master bedroom can be made up as a super king or twin room and has its own en suite shower and WC. Bedrooms 2 and 3 can also be super king or twin beds, whilst bedroom 4 has adult size (2m) bunk beds. Bathroom 2 has a bath and shower over with a toilet, whilst bathroom 3 has a shower and toilet. Bed and bath linen are Included in the rental cost.

LOCATION : Les Sapins is conveniently located equal walking distance between Morzine and Montriond village. It is only a short walk to the foot bridge beside the Super Morzine ski lift to Avoriaz, the town centre is 12 mins on foot, Montriond village is 10 mins, and it is a 10 minute drive to Ardent free carpark for the ski lift to the pretty "goats village" at Lindarets, for access to the Avoriaz ski resort. The nearest free "navette" ski bus stop is only 3 mins walk from the apartment and this service connects to the main ski lifts and telecabines in Morzine, Prodains, Ardent and other parts of the valley. There are multiple fantastic skiing options around the valley and a multitude of connecting lifts and ski for full enjoyment of the fabulous Porte du Soleil ski region.

LOCALITY : Morzine town itself has excellent restaurants, bars and local shops whilst maintaining its traditional mountain feel. There is also a large local swimming pool, spa and sports facility (with local ice hockey) and plenty of other stunning attractions nearby, such as Lac de Montriond and Avoriaz village. The nearest mini-market is 10 mins walk away in Montriond village plus there is a large Carrefour supermarket in Morzine town centre.

Super luxury apartment convenient to Morzine
We were two couples staying here for a week. The apartment more than met our expectations. It was immaculately clean and very cosy when we arrived close to midnight. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on and possibly the largest! The bed linen was excellent quality and the furry throws were gorgeous. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We had to contact the manager for help with the television and it was dealt with immediately. It was very useful to be able to walk into Morzine at night so we could all enjoy a drink with our meals. Having the designated parking was also an advantage as was the garage for our skis and the boot warmers. All in all would highly recommend and we would be very happy to return for another stay.
