Our place, located right on Lake Dillon has great views and is a 4 minute walk to the Dillon Amphitheater - also short walking distance to Farmer's Market, Marina, Tiki Bar . You’ll love our place because it's surrounded by World Class Ski Resorts and only a 2 minute walk to the Free Bus! Club House, HOT TUB and SAUNA in neighboring building. The condo is comfortable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

• 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo

• Master - KING Bed - Private bath - Flat screen TV - Sliding glass doors to the balcony with Gorgeous Lake Dillon Views

• Second bedroom - QUEEN Bed one set of Twin bunk beds - Flat screen TV - PS3

• 2 car assigned tandem covered parking with elevator just steps away which leads you right to the 2nd floor condo door

• Kitchen - New Appliances - Fully stocked

• Club house #2 is under construction.
* Club House #1 in neighboring building is open with pool, hot tub and sauna

• Wood burning fireplace (firewood not provided)

Guests park in a covered 2 car tandem parking structure located under the building. The stairs and elevator are located steps from the units assigned parking. Upon exit of the elevator/stairs our unit is just to the left.

Early Check-In is an additional $50 and only if cleaning service is available.
A code will be assigned to the ResortLock for your stay. Keys are provided for the ski locker.

Post was very accommodating when it came to making partial payments in advance of stay. Hot tub and sauna while in exactly the same building due to temporary closure,was very close and very nice. Location has great access to both Breckenridge and Keystone. Mau be a minor issue to some but lighting in unit was all glaring stark white LED. Othrrwise apt was nicely furnished and we had plenty of towels

The property needs updated. Slow communication from owners. No dish cloths or towels in kitchen beyond a decorative one. Also no hand towels in master and should have had extra towels for the space based on our stay. Condos hot tub area under construction but was able to use next buildings when opened (shut down when we got there). Also the neighbors above were very loud but that the owners can’t control that side.

Dillon Ski Adventure 2022

The condo was centrally located and we were easily able to ski at Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek during our stay. We also went tubing at Copper, which was very fun. The owners were very helpful and understanding when our dates changed. We'd stay here again!

Fantastic Location

Great condo that’s well equipped & comfortable in a fantastic location. You can walk to the amphitheater, the marina & several restaurants. The condo had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable living area & beds. And you can’t beat the view from the porch. The owners were great to work with and I would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great place for family ski trip

Great place that was convenient for our ski days at Keystone! The condo was just the right size for our group. Kitchen was stocked very well. The hot tubs/sauna building was closed, but from an earlier review, we knew we could go to the other buildings facility which also had a pool (teens loved it). Property manager was responsive when we had an issue.

Clean and convenient

My group of 6 stayed here very comfortably for a ski weekend. The space was large and clean and we were able to walk to restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and other necessities and the coffee table in the living room was filled with games. We were very happy with our stay and all of us agreed it’d be an excellent spot for a summer vacation too! As long as your group is comfortable with 4 people sharing a room, I recommend staying here!

Loved this Rental!

This was probably my favorite VRBO property. The place was immaculate and had the best selection of kitchen supplies of any place rented. There was plenty of cookware, utensils, bowls, and even gladware containers for storage. There was a vast supply of spices and even a few condiments for our use. The owners were great to deal with and very responsive if we had a minor glitch. The view from the deck was lovely and as shown. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay!

Ski weekend spot

Overall we had a good 2 night stay. The owners were very responsive and helpful, including negotiating a reasonable rate for a late afternoon checkout time and placing helpful guidance throughout the home (eg for thermostats). The place was cozy and right sized for our family of 4. And location in Dillon was great for lake views, A-Cafe and Pug Ryan’s meals and the short drive to ski at Keystone. Our 6 and 3 year olds LOVED the indoor pool and hot tubs, which we even had to ourselves! (The pool house hot tub and sauna were much nicer than the closer, 2 hot tub facility and worth the walk to the other building). Our only complaint was outside of anyone’s control - the renters in the unit above were very stompy and loud, even after politely talking with them. Fortunately we brought sound machines and were able to sleep through it, but it was a definite distraction when trying to relax in the evenings.

The cabin was fine- needed minor maintenance and major cleaning. Air-filter completely stopped up. Sheets do not fit bed. Tub header only works on shower. Hot tub too dirty to get in. Was given 3 washcloths for two people for 3 days. Coffee pot took 30 minutes to make a pot of coffee. Internet did not work. Blue ray player was tore up.

The stay was great! The only *very small* complaint would be that arrival was a bit confusing. There wasn’t too much in instruction on how to park/get in the condo unit. But once we figured that out, everything was perfect!

Dillon vacstion

Property clean and convenient to bike paths, amphitheater and Tiki bar/marina. Easy drive or bike ride to Frisco on bike path. Lots of kitchen supplies such as spices, pancake mix, coffee filters etc. also plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Private deck but guests on other decks are very easy to hear. Lisa very responsive! Really enjoyed our stay!
