A brand new (May 2019) Three bedroom apartment (Two bedrooms with a double bed and another with a single bed) with a separate and lounge with fitted kitchen. The apartment comes well equipped with an intercom, private bathroom, widescreen TV, washing machine and full kitchen with appliances. There is a seating in the lounge and a dining table. Our site is covered by CCTV and the building is a stones throw away from Leicesters main bus station, leisure and retail district including a number of restaurants and cinema. Demontfort University is within walking distance.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Absolutely awful

The apartment was extremely old, carpets worn, damage to all rooms and windows broken. Windows wouldn’t close properly and opened beyond the safety catch, extremely dangerous. Cleanliness was poor. No towels in the room. The whole property from reception to the room was very run down and nothing like the pictures. Very weird smell in corridors. Extremely noisy. Car parking was supposed to be £10, actually over £24. Lots of questionable characters hanging around the car park. Only one pillow per person and they were awful. Sofa for two. Only three dining chairs for 5 people. Very limited utensils if you’re planning on cooking. I would just say do not stay! And Vrbo, I possibly wouldn’t list it! Worst place I’ve ever had to sleep!
