This semi-detached villa are located in the beautifully situated Eifeler Tor Resort. This comfortably furnished villa covers three floors. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room with flat-screen TV and a sitting and dining area. The fully equipped open plan kitchen offers a combination microwave and dishwasher. In the hallway, you will find a separate toilet and a storage room. Through a stairs in the living room, you can rough the basement. Here, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV. There is also a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Because of the location on a hillside, there are still windows in the bedrooms, offering natural light. On the first floor, you will find the other two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Outdoors, you'll find a furnished terrace. You can park your car in the central parking lot. This is located walking distance from your villa. The location of the Eifeler Tor Resort makes it unsuitable for people in a wheelchair. The part the villa is in is built against a hillside. This makes it less suitable for people with mobility problems. WiFi with limited speed is available free of charge. Viewing or downloading of videos is unfortunately not possible. At the Eifeler Tor Resort, various apartments and villas can be booked for four to twelve people.
