With a partial ocean view, location in famous Cherry Grove North Myrtle Beach, and just steps to the beach, this is the vacation home for you!



Our home features a prime location right on Ocean Boulevard, and has a partial ocean view from the spacious third floor balcony. Enjoy a great setting, beautiful sunsets and a beach access right across the street!



Your beach paradise awaits! Wake up to the sound of the waves rolling in and in a location that can`t be beat! Quiet and peaceful, yet right in the heart of all the shopping, dining, and attractions that North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach have to offer. Our villa is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi wireless internet and more!

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This unit is located on the third floor.

*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Washer/dryer located in unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Main Street has live music nightly among the various beach clubs and bars, and it`s also a family friendly area offering ice cream shops, boutique stores, seafood and pizza restaurants, an arcade on the oceanfront and even carnival rides in season. There`s great shopping nearby including the ALL-NEW new shopping centers in Cherry Grove along with Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlets just to the south. You`ll be spoiled for options for golf, entertainment, restaurants, nightlife, or just relaxing poolside or at the beach. Cruise Ocean Boulevard with the wind in your hair, or catch up with family with burgers on the grill or a nice family dinner. This location has it all with fantastic restaurants nearby as well!



Getting Around:

Top rated location and free parking on site. Taxis and Uber are also readily available with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
